June 24 was another memorable Sunday that saw Indian poker players making spectacular runs and raking in gigantic scores on domestic poker sites. Leading the way with a win worth ₹35.41 Lakhs was Rubin “kornkid” Labroo who championed the PokerBaazi Premier League (PPL) ₹1 Crore GTD Main Event on India’s most trusted poker site PokerBaazi. Manish ‘youngistan’ Jain cashed in ₹20.14 Lakhs for the runner-up title. But, the showstopper at the PPL series was Ramlakhan “Hitler” Meena, who edged out Neeraj “SelfClaimedPro” Kumar to claim the top spot on the PPL leaderboard worth ₹3 Lakhs in prize money. Meena was initially trailing behind Kumar but played exceptionally well to defend his PPL leaderboard win. In addition to the prize money, Meena has much to brag about and he had earlier won the PPL Spring ’18 leaderboard in February this year.

The Baazi Super Sunday (BSS) ₹20 Lakhs GTD event awarded ₹4.98 Lakhs to Divyank ‘Mikkudiv’ Gupta for his first-place finish, while the BSS ₹5 Lakhs GTD event was shipped by Chiraag ‘Versutus’ Patel for ₹1.21 Lakhs.

PokerStars India upped the ante by increasing the guarantees of their flagship events this month leading to huge overlays all around. Nonetheless, the site witnessed some stellar action with ‘sordykrd’ topping the Sunday Special ₹25 Lakhs GTD for ₹4.69 Lakhs. ‘0BLITZ05’ took down the Sunday Stars ₹2 Lakhs GTD for ₹48,682 while Amit ‘Stu Ungar 7694’ Kaushik claimed the top prize of ₹48,094 in the Sunday Storm ₹5 Lakhs GTD event. The Hot ₹1 Lakh GTD event crowed ‘1Variance’ as the winner.

MadOverPoker’s resident poker maverick Vishal ‘spartacus’ Tulsyan continued with his unsurmountable form for a third consecutive week. Winning the Dynamite for ₹29,177 and placing second in the Hysteria for ₹90,000, Tulsyan is certainly a dominating figure on MadOverPoker. ‘AshimPal’ bagged a cool ₹1.35 Lakhs for winning the Hysteria.

Over to 9stacks where the headline Sunday Stacks crowned a winner in ‘Lucky5’ who bagged ₹46,500.
