Been quite a while I was thinking about putting up a blog. Sat down a few times but couldn’t quite come up with more than a few sentences. Basically wasn’t running that great. Kept adding a small spark to the falling graph every now then but going down overall. Couldn’t stop complaining about it.

The good run last year made me move up in stakes which I am really happy about. But what I was not prepared for was that higher stakes so higher losses. Lost a decent chunk of my roll in just 5 days. Put in huge volume in my standards (50 games a session) and ITM in not even 10%. Well, can’t complain anymore as I did make it to [B]Final Table of HOTTER 16.5[/B] just now.

Entered as 5/9. Was card/spot dead for quite sometime. Not too long after there was discussions of deal around the table. First ever 5 fig 1st place score and I didn’t understand what to do. Meanwhile with 6 people left, I am dealt AJ UTG. 14BB eff I snap shove and get snap called by UTG+1 wid QQ. He held and that leaves me crippled with just 3BB. Completely disappointed I shove into his UTG raise next hand wid Q7 to see him hold AA. Luckily I made trips to survive and see the numbers wid a lil better stack size. We agree upon wid ICM numbers and you know how the game goes after the deal.

I played pretty bad around the FT. Played real scared and fishy at places. Just didn’t want to bust the FT early. I am sure I would get better wid that with experience.
Guess I am scarce of words again. Would wrap it up here and get to bed. I still have an office to go to in the morning:).
