Is this a wrong play?

Please have a look at this: http://www.boomplayer.com/en/poker-hands/Boom/752181_F5EC3AE8A5

Now, pot was already 15K, We were very close to bubble, 709 with 675 paid places, I had a note on the player, that he raises with a wide range and even calls it when 3B.

So, when he shoved me all-in I made the call considering that I would be making a deep run with 50K easily, and I put him on K pair, with definitely no A (otherwise we would have known that pre-flop) same goes for a set (he would have definitely raised with a pair rather than calling from SB)

The pre-flop play by me looks fine, the problem is the post flop call considering the bubble was close. This was Big 8.80.

So, what are your views? How would you have played this hand?

Obviously it wasn’t just bad luck, I did play bad, but can you specify where and how I can improve in these situations in future?
