After finishing second in Match 1 on Sunday, Wadhawan found his winning form tonight, taking down Match 4 after a very brief heads-up battle against Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra.
The heads-up play started with Wadhawan holding a slight chip lead over Bohra, the first hand showed us that it might be a quick match!
On the first-hand heads-up, Mohit Bohra opened from the button, only to face an all-in shove from Ankit Wadhawan holding . Bohra thought better of it and folded.
Just one hand later, it was all over. Wadhawan woke up with on the button and opened to 10,000 (2 big blinds). Mohit Bohra looked down at in the big blind and decided to move all-in for his remaining 113,000 chips! Wadhawan didn’t need much time to make the call with his pocket pair.
