National Poker Champion Showdown 2025 – Day 3 Is LIVE! Let the Finale Chase Begin
• Level 1: 100 -200,200 Ante

We’re back at the Novotel Resort & Spa, Goa — and today’s where it really gets real! With just six finale seats up for grabs, Day 3 of the National Poker Champion showdown flips the script with two strategic 6-Max matchups that will shape the final table. Expect nothing but fireworks.

Day 2 Highlights: The Top Dogs Pull Away

  • Sreekanth Narayan (Kerala) pulled off a clinic by becoming the first back-to-back winner, dominating Match 1 and Match 3 to rack up 220 points. He’s officially locked in as the first confirmed finalist.
  • Ankit Wadhawan (Chandigarh) followed up his Match 1 runner-up finish with a 125-point performance in Match 4, soaring to 205 points and also practically locking in his finale seat.
  • Bhanuprakash KC (Karnataka) and Mohit Bohra (Gujarat) remain consistent contenders, but their spots are still vulnerable to the chasing pack.

Day 3 Format: Two 6-Max Matches

Match 5 – Top 3 vs Bottom 3
Top 3
Sreekanth Narayan (Kerala) – 220
Ankit Wadhawan (Chandigarh) – 205
Bhanuprakash KC (Karnataka) – 130

Bottom 3
Goonjan Mall (West Bengal) – 30
Anish Vijayvergiya (Rajasthan) – 5
Saahib Bawa (Delhi) – -15

Strategic Dynamics

Narayan and Wadhawan are already locked into the finale — expect them to play free-flowing, high-pressure poker with little to lose and everything to gain. They also have the added incentive of racking up more points to start the finals with a bigger stack. Bhanuprakash, while comfortably in third, needs to avoid an early exit to hold his spot. This is a do-or-die match for Mall, Vijayvergiya, and Bawa — only a win or runner-up finish keeps their finale hopes alive. Expect this trio to go all out.

Match 6 – The Middle Six Clash

Mohit Bohra (Gujarat) – 120
Zarvan Tumboli (Maharashtra) – 110
Vikhyat Ahlawat (Uttar Pradesh) – 90
Snehil Aggarwal (Haryana) – 85
Wilson Yomso (Arunachal Pradesh) – 60
Aditya Sushant (Tamil Nadu) – 50

Strategic Dynamics
Bohra, Tumboli, and Ahlawat are currently in the Top 6, but their spots are far from safe. A bad finish could see them leapfrogged. Aggarwal and Yomso are on the bubble and need a top-three finish to confirm their spot in the finale. Sushant, a proven veteran, sits just outside with 50 points — he’ll need at least a podium finish and some help from the leaderboard above him to make a run.

Today’s Format
6-Max Bounty Sit & Go
50K stacks | 20-min blinds

Points Distribution
1st – 110 pts
2nd – 80 pts
3rd – 50 pts
4th – 30 pts
5th – 10 pts
6th – (-10 pts)
