Given that BTN has 100% 3-bet frequency, player 2 (with 12% PFR) should call/raise most of the his initial raising range. When you shove, he will only call the top of his range. Against a range of TT-AA, AQ+ ur hand has 37% equity. Combined with the FE, I guess its a +EV shove.. Infact it might just be an unexploitable shove!!

Please note that in 17 hands he would prolly have only gotten 3 or 4 chances to 3-bet at maximum, so its not like his 3-betting is 100% or even close; obviously I think shove is still good.

17 hands is too small data… to start analyzing.. would rather call here….not to mention player 2 is second chip leader at the table…so he might be just running hot…thats the problem with stats u cant rely on them for a small set…
but then if it is a small stakes tourney..will be inclined to shove than a call regardless of stats..
