      Hey guys;

      This hand happened during the early stages of a 3.4$ 9 player SnG.
      SB – 1300
      BB – 1600
      A – 1600
      B – 1500
      C – 1400
      D – 2000 (me)
      E – 1600
      F – 1200
      Dealer – 1300
      Blinds @ 15/30

      Action; Player A calls. Player C calls.
      I call with Qd Jd.
      Rest fold.
      Pot: 45
      Flop: Jh 4d 8d
      A & C check. I bet 25.
      A folds, C calls.
      Pot: 95
      Turn: 9c
      Player C checks. I bet 50, Player C calls.
      River: Ad
      Pot: 295
      Player C bets 200, I re-raise to 500. Player C pushes me all in, I call.
      Player C shows 8d Kd.

      NOW WAS I JUST UNLUCKY IN THIS HAND OR SHOULD I HAVE PLAYED IT DIFFERENTLY???

      Yes

      a) I would not limp in behind preflop FOLD OR RAISE; you want less players to a flop
      b) Make the pot more expensive for draws on the FLOP and TURN .. do not give them odds to draw unless you plan folding the river.
      c) FOLD or CALL the river bet .. you are only getting called or raised by a better hand
