It’s been a fine start to the year for Full Tilt Professional Viktor “Isildur1” Blom as he added a further $696.4k to his bankroll last night – meaning that in the three days of 2013 so far he has racked up an impressive $1.144 million in winnings. After winning $564.k on New Years Day, Blom suffered a relatively minor blip on the second, losing $117k playing 2-7 Triple Draw against Scott “mastrblastr” Seiver before coming back with a vengeance yesterday.
Blom started proceedings by once again taking on mastrblastr at the 2-7 TD tables, but this time he really exacted revenge – Viktor took control early on in the match and it was just all one way traffic as over the course of a little over 3.5 hours play he ran riot, beating up mastrblastr for over $392k in just over 500 hands of play at a single table. Until this point Seiver had been the second biggest triple draw winner since Full Tilt’s relaunch back in November and a considerable winner vs Isildur1.
Not content with bashing up one of the biggest triple draw winners at Full Tilt, Blom then took on of the biggest winners at the Omaha Hi Lo tables of late, SallyWoo. Over the next hour and forty minutes Blom proved why he is currently up over $1 million at the FLO8 tables since November as he crushed the high flying SallyWoo for $275k in 257 hands.
Before he was finally done for the night however Isildur1 sat down for a little less than ten minutes with Full Tilt’s leading 2-7 winner Sebastien “Seb86” Sabic and quickly relived him of around $30k before calling it quits for the night.
Isildur1 is now the biggest winner at Full Tilt since the relaunch with total profits currently sitting at $1.56 million. His switch to the limit games seems to have paid dividends as he is pretty much breakeven in the two games people would normally associate Isildur1 with (NLHE and PLO) with his big winnings coming from FLO8 and 2-7 Triple Draw.
Although he was by far the biggest winner yesterday, there was also a pretty substantial win for Ben “Bttech86” Tollerene over at Full Tilt as he won $277.4k at the $200/$400 CAP PLO tables as he played against the likes of Poker_KaMI, Sauce1234, Schoitl, howisitfeellike and ronnyr37617. He was joined as a six figure winner in these games by Ronny “ronnyr37617” Kaiser who took $134.6k for the day. The big losers from the PLO matches were Rafi “howisitfeellike” Amit, Gus Hansen, mikki696 and Poker_KaMI.
The other six figure winner yesterday was Alexander “PostflopAction” Kostritsyn who took on SetoKaiba1 heads up at both the 2-7 TD and HEROS tables and won at both to take a $128.1k win for the day.
