Hi all,
plz pardon me if u guys find my doubt veryy veryy sillyyy and way too basic…but i am not able to understand the pot splits in zynga poker on FB….m a newbie and 4m wt i read n understood, 2 pairs has higher ranking than that of 1 pair…
But plz check out the pic…i have also highlighted the part in dealer chat….1 pair hand got more chips than 2 pair hand….

One reason could be that you had less chips and only doubled up. Having a better hand does not mean you get all your opponents chips.

OK in Poker, you will win only the amount you have to wager.
So for example if you have 100 and the opponent has 400 then the maximum you can get from your opponent is 100 which in essence is equivalent to doubling up. In practise, in a multi-way pot with more than one opponent you can win as much as 100 from each opponent who calls your allin bet and loses.
