What would be the correct play here?
What all factors come into the picture here?

Easy fold imo :
1) Initial raiser is UTG, and usually has a much stronger hand than A10 off .
2) Against an unknown , you will almost always be behind his range. Cant call unless you have specific reads/notes on UTG.
3) ICM wise too, i think easy fold. there is 1 super short stack and 2 players with less than 6BBs .. you should wait for better opportunities later on.
Is this a 2.5/180 Turbo ?

Yes, it was a 2.5/180 turbo.
The guy who shoved had stats of 14/11 with a sample of some 150 hands…
What would be the best range to be calling this shove with? or, is it an easy fold even with a hand like AQ or TT?

Villain is the definition of a TAG and a weak reg (stats on OPR).. I dont think he would take very creative lines in such a spot. start taking notes imo.. With a hand like AQ you are either dominated or flipping at best. 10s is snap reship imo.
