Turn Decision with Medium PP

  UTG: $5.08
  Hero (CO): $2.55
  BTN: $1.71
  SB: $0.67
  
  Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with 8 8
  UTG raises to $0.12, Hero calls $0.12,
  
  Flop: ($0.27) 4 9 4 (2 players)
  UTG bets $0.15, Hero calls $0.15
  
  Turn: ($0.57) 7 (2 players)
  UTG checks, Hero: ???
  
  I certainly believe I have the best hand right now.
  Just not sure on what’s the best line to take in such a spot.

  try to take down the pot here with a PSB, if he calls c/c river..
  Too many uglies could come on river :/
