FTS – A Brief History
The Final Table Series (FTS) was created as a sub-brand of the India Poker Championship to fill in the gap caused by the pandemic-induced standstill of live poker. Its purpose was to provide players with the experience of playing a live tournament online.
Due to its expertly crafted structures and massive value, FTS quickly became one of the country’s most anticipated online tournament festivals.
In previous editions, FTS has seen some of the country’s most skilled and talented poker players triumph in the Main Event, such as Arjun Pasricha (Won FTS 1.0 Main Event for ₹16.44 Lakhs), Young Gun Siddharth Karia (Won FTS 2.0 Main Event for ₹32.26 Lakhs), Ankit Wadhawan (Won FTS 3.0 Main Event for ₹33 Lakhs), Young Gun Arsh Grover (Won FTS 4.0 Main Event for ₹40.24 Lakhs) and Sajal Gupta (Won FTS 5.0 Main Event for ₹39.67 Lakhs).

Spartan Poker`s FTS 4.0 Will Be the Biggest-Ever, Cash Fiesta – FTS Edition Promises Rewards Galore
For those of you suffering from the IOPC hangover, we have good news! Spartan Poker’s Final Table Series (FTS) is heading your way in March for a 10-day run! The FTS has traditionally been a follow-on series to the IOPC. Sure enough, following the footsteps of a guarantee-crushing 12th IOPC edition, the hugely popular FTS is returning with a bang.
Bigger than all the past FTS editions, FTS 4.0 will have the best poker players in the country vying for a share of ₹13 Crores in guaranteed prizes across 41 events from March 4 to 13.
There`s a lot more to play for this time around as the series comes laden with 11 more events as compared to FTS 3.0, and the prize pool guarantee has correspondingly been hiked by ₹1 Crore.
The India Poker Championship is the longest-running live tournament brand in the country. It has built a reputation for hosting some of the biggest and grandest poker tournaments in the country, and the FTS is one of its flagship online MTT properties. Launched in November 2020, the FTS was a trendsetter for the industry as it was the first one to introduce the concept of live-streaming of the final table of its marquee events.
Some of you might be disappointed to hear FTS 4.0 will not have the final tables live-streamed. However, the ‘Final Table’ USP will be very much alive as anyone who final tables any of the FTS events will collect points towards the FTS Leaderboard. There`s a jaw-dropping ₹30 Lakhs in leaderboard prizes to be won.
The Master Table, a well-received concept at the earlier FTS editions, will also be returning at FTS 4.0. The winners of all the 8 PM marquees, the FTS Supreme, and the FTS Main Event champion will converge for The Master Table on March 14 (9 PM). The ₹10 Lakhs prize pool will be distributed among the top three finishers, with the eventual champion banking ₹5 Lakhs.
If you want to grab free tickets to the series and are fond of playing cash games, then you’ll love the FTS-special cash game offering, Cash Fiesta – FTS Edition. An adaptation of Spartan Poker’s Game of Tickets (GOT), the Cash Fiesta makes a month-long run from February 14 to March 13. There are FTS tickets worth ₹4 Lakhs. Plus, ₹4 Lakhs in Cash Bonus along with other bumper prizes up for grabs for cash game players.
As always, the FTS 4.0 will have a packed schedule of Mega Satellites kicking off tomorrow i.e. February 19, with tickets worth ₹20 Lakhs-plus up for grabs. More information on the satellites and deposit offers will be updated here shortly.

FTS – A Brief History
Final Table Series was launched during the pandemic in November 2020 to give players the experience of playing a live tournament in an online avatar. The well-curated structures and massive value has made the Final Table Series one of the most awaited MTT events in the country.
No wonder some of the best and brightest poker players hold the distinction of winning the FTS Main Event. Past winners of the FTS Main Event include Arjun Pasricha (Won FTS 1.0 Main Event for ₹16.44 Lakhs), Young Gun Siddharth Karia (Won FTS 2.0 Main Event for ₹32.26 Lakhs), and PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit Wadhawan (Won FTS 3.0 Main Event for ₹33 Lakhs).

Spartan Poker Goes Bigger, Better & Bolder For FTS 3.0 (September 10 – 19)
Bigger, better, bolder – these words best imbibe the spirit of Spartan Poker‘s constant drive to deliver the most attractive MTT’s in the country! Two weeks after the online poker operator closed out a record-breaking 11th edition of the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC), the online site has finally unveiled details of the third edition of its extremely popular Final Table Series (FTS)!
The series that made popular the trend of live-streaming final table action is coming back in its biggest-ever avatar for the third edition. FTS 3.0 will be charting a 10-day run from September 10 to 19 and guarantees a bigger-than-before ₹12 Crores in prize money across 30 tournaments! And just like the previous two series, the winner of the ₹2 Crores GTD FTS Main Event will walk away with a Gold Medallion with diamond studs, a certificate, and a hamper!
The FTS was conceptualized as an online event that provides players the same experience as live poker tournaments. The site has been careful in curating the tournament structures of the FTS marques, and this is one of the USP of the FTS.
The series features 11 marquee tourneys this time. The final table of 10 of these marquees, except the ₹1 Crore GTD FTS The Feast, will be live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and other 10 reputed platforms, including the PokerGuru Facebook page, with commentary from international poker pros Kevin Macphee and Sam Razavi. IPC Director Peter Abraham will take on the hosting responsibilities of the live streams.
And like always, there will be ₹30 Lakhs in leaderboard prizes awaiting the most consistent winners at the FTS 3.0. The leaderboard topper will collect a whopping ₹10 Lakhs.

Given that the inaugural edition of the FTS had offered ₹8 Crores in GTDs, which was boosted to ₹10 Crores during FTS 2.0, it’s evident Spartan Poker has kept to the trend of going bigger and better with its tournament offerings.
One glance at the FTS 3.0 schedule reveals that the series offers something for everyone. With buy-ins ranging from ₹880 to ₹88,000, players from different stakes can participate in the series.

Up For a Treasure Hunt!? Spartan Poker’s IOPC July Edition Promises Rewards Beyond Imagination With a Record-Shattering ₹30 Crores Guaranteed (July 11 – August 1)
Are you an Indiana Jones fan with a penchant for an out-of-the-world game experience? Does the idea of going on a treasure hunt, a mission where battles await you through different chapters, to explore and conquer uncharted territories sound intriguing? If you answered any of the above in the affirmative, you are going to love the 11th edition of the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) coming up on Spartan Poker from July 11 to August 1.
Arguably the frontrunner in terms of dishing out the biggest guarantees and the best tournament offerings, Spartan Poker has established its flagship live tournament offering, the India Poker Championship (IPC), onto the virtual felts exceptionally well. The site has traditionally hosted the IOPC twice every year, in January and July. Over the years, we have seen the series become the cornerstone of tournament offerings in the country. The last IOPC edition ran from January 14 to 31, with 118 events dishing out ₹28 Crores in guaranteed prizes.
We would have expected the IOPC to come back bigger, and it has not disappointed. The upcoming IOPC – July 2021 will be making a longer 22-day-run with a schedule of 140 events awarding a never-before-seen ₹30 Crores in prize pool guarantees. That is ₹2 Crore more than the IOPC January edition, becoming not only the biggest IOPC edition to date but also the most massive guaranteed tournament series to be hosted in India ever! If that’s not enough, there are Leaderboard Prizes worth ₹1 Crore to compete for.
Speaking of the schedule, there are attractions apt to the treasure hunt, like the ₹1 Crore GTD Blaze of Glory (July 11), ₹35 Lakhs GTD IOPC Wanderer (July 12 – 18), and the ₹40 Lakhs GTD IOPC Value Mine (July 19 – August 1). There are also daily features like the 8 PM “Primetime” events and the 9.30 PM “Spotlight” events, with the ₹10 Lakhs GTD All Rounder taking up the 11 PM spot.
One of the star attractions on the IOPC schedule has been the Millionaire editions. The tourneys have returned for the IOPC – July, but with a distinct IOPC branding, shedding ‘The Millionaire’ tag. The IOPC D’ Lite (July 14 – 18) will be the first to run, offering a juicy ₹25 Lakhs guarantee for just a ₹550 entry buy-in and three starting flights. Next will be the ₹1.50 Crore GTD IOPC United (July 15 – 18), which also features three starting flights and a reduced ₹5,500 entry buy-in (down from last edition`s ₹7,700). Finally, the ₹1.75 Crores GTD IOPC – Legends (July 24 – 25) – again running three starting flights with an entry buy-in at ₹27,500.
For high roller enthusiasts, there are attractions like the ₹45 Lakhs GTD IOPC PLO High Roller (July 31) and the ₹1.40 Crores GTD IOC Super High Roller (July 29).
The most-awaited event at the IOPC July Edition as always, will be ₹3.50 Crores GTD IOPC – The CROWN Main Event. The showstopper event features eight starting flights starting on July 26, and the action will run through August 1. Claim the title and make a Diamond-studded Gold Crown your own!
Want to enter the IOPC edition for less?! Look for clues, i.e., codes and the schedule for the mega-satellites come as “the message in a bottle!” The site will be bringing out more details on the mega-satellites, deposit code offers soon.
Like we said earlier, the IOPC – July 2021 is all about a unique experience as you compete through massive guaranteed events. But if the awards on the platter are anything to go by, the series is not only about going on a hunt but can also fetch you riches beyond your wildest dreams!
Look at yourself as the explorer out on a treasure hunt. You have to navigate through the schedule or the treasure hunt map with a trail leading up to the treasure chest with a crown hidden inside. As The Battle begins, you go through individual Chapters or stages that highlight the key attractions of the series – 14 highlight tournaments, all leading up to the finale tournament.
Winners walk away with IOPC Badges along with the cash prizes. Ship a marquee tourney except for the IOPC – The Crown to win a Gold Badge. All side event winners except for the All Rounder will win Silver Badges! The site has announced that ₹50,000 will be removed from the All Rounder winner’s prize money and go towards the ticket into the ₹7.5 Lakhs GTD All Rounder Finale SnG that will be held on August 1 from 9 PM.
