This past Sunday was another blockbuster one for poker players! While the fourth edition of The Millionaire Series wrapped up on Spartan Poker and other sites on the Quadnet Poker Network, PokerBaazi hosted the 16th MoneyMaker as a part of its #BaaziBillion bonanza.
The mystery user ‘Pradzzz’ was the day’s biggest winner as they took down the ₹1.50 Crores GTD Millionaire Series#27 – The Millionaire Main Event for a jaw-dropping ₹41.74 Lakhs. Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal (2nd for ₹21.65 Lakhs, Biplob Rana (3rd for ₹14.37 Lakhs), and Young Gun Neel Joshi (4th for ₹8.98 Lakhs) rounded out the top four payouts.
PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja is now a Millionaire champion and won the distinction after taking down Millionaire Series #25 – Sunday Millionaire for ₹10.19 Lakhs. Ahuja ended the night with ₹11.32 Lakhs in winnings, jumping to #3 in the annual leaderboard rankings.

On Friday, the MTT action went full throttle, setting the stage for a blockbuster weekend ahead!
The well-known circuit reg Raghav Bansal announced his return to the virtual felts in style after taking down Adda52’s Bullzeye Kapoor for ₹6.25 Lakhs, making him Friday`s biggest winner. Basant Kumar Singh came second for ₹3.79 Lakhs.
The former Destiny winner Tanmay Benara took down Spartan Poker‘s WCS #80 The Elite for a career-best ₹5.49 Lakhs. He chopped the title three-way with ‘magicmountain’ (anonymity requested) (2nd for ₹5.32 Lakhs) and last night`s breakout winner Vishnu Khandelwal (3rd for ₹4.64 Lakhs).
The #2 ranked player of the year, Manish Lakhotia, added ₹4.17 Lakhs to his annual tally after winning PokerBaazi’s The Weekly HighRoller.
Jaideep Sajwan (opted out of our tracking) posted third-place finishes in Adda52’s Bullzeye Kapoor (₹2.75 Lakhs) and PokerStars India’s Super Highroller (₹1.61 Lakhs), banking ₹4.36 Lakhs overall.
PokerStars India`s Super Highroller played down to a heads-up deal, and ‘garima14’ won the title for ₹2.23 Lakhs. Thursday’s WCS #72 High Roller champion Deepesh Raka kept his heater going and bagged a better ₹2.59 Lakhs in second place.
‘Indianthug’ (anonymity requested) went on a scorching run on Spartan Poker yesterday and won two WCS titles for a collective ₹2.34 Lakhs. Their title wins include WCS #78 for ₹2.01 Lakhs and WCS #74 Multi-Entry for ₹32,827.
Akshit Madan came out on top in Spartan Poker`s WCS #81 Monster Stack and won ₹1.04 Lakhs following a heads-up deal with ‘poker_samrat’ (2nd for ₹90,288).

The biggest guaranteed event that played down to a winner last night, the ₹30 Lakhs GTD WCS #80 The Elite 6-Max, registered a guarantee-crushing 340-entry field, and the top 31 places won a share from the ₹34 Lakhs prize pool. The WCS showstopper, ₹1 Crore GTD WCS The Millionaire Main Event, completed the second of five starting flights yesterday. The Day 1B of the ₹5,500 entry buy-in event clocked in 256 entries (137 unique, 30 re-entries, and 89 rebuys), and 34 players survived the day’s onslaught. Spartan Poker user ‘Giraldik’ (282,362), Young Gun Kanchan ‘Midge Maisel’ Sharma (258,691), and Mohit ‘monuguru’ Gupta (189,269) topped the day-end chip counts.
The Millionaire Main Event has signed up 523 entries across two starting flights and needs at least another 1,477 entries through the remaining three flights to hit its 2,000-entry guarantee.
