PokerStars will donate zeurrr’s winnings to charity

      In March, thePokerStars’ Sunday Million 5th Anniversary -tournament was the biggest tournament in the history of online poker.

      A total of 59,128 players registered for the tournament and the prize pool was 11,825,600$. Nine finalists decided to make a deal and the final table payouts ended up looking like this:

      2nd place: sheppyshape ($465,647.02)
      3rd place: wrzr123 ($844,209.87)

      6th place: zeurrr ($518,402.33)
      7th place: nhar818 ($441,541.06)
      8th place: Jan10004 ($311,023.33)
      9th place: Battmeister ($263,888.06)

      After the final table a scandal emerged, as it was revealed that “zeurrr” from Holland was playing under-aged.

      NowPokerStars has decided to seize all money held in the “zeurrr” account, and the funds ($518,402.33) from the account will be donated to charitable organisations, which specialize in preventing underage gaming.
