Really ? I mean i am planning to play Wsop Next year if its possible
But FEMA rules say that any gambling winnings from overseas is not allowed/legal or if i am mistaken for the point that using exchanged money in india not allowed to use for gambling activities abroad
which one is correct ?

Several Indians play the WSOP each year and many among them cash in various events. The payouts in USA are after TDS deductions. You however have to declare the same in India.
