The third edition of the Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) Xpress had been the most successful out all the editions hosted till date. The decision taken by the brand to shift the series from the picturesque Casino Deltin Denzong in Sikkim to the floating Casino Deltin JAQK in Goa has worked wonders with the four-event series witnessing its attendance records eclipsed in all the events. Not only does Goa have a much larger local player pool but is also more accessible than the mountainous state of Sikkim.

While Aditya Sardana had topped the field of 303 entries in the series-opener ₹5K Burn N Turn Event, the ₹15K Main Event was championed by online regular Anant Purohit who ran through a field of 205 entries to win ₹7.40 Lakhs in prize money.

The last two tournaments left to announce winners were the ₹10K Bounty, and the ₹10K Tag Team Event and both events played out on Sunday. The Bounty event saw Pawan Jaiswal triumphing over a field of 173 entries and netted ₹2.40 Lakhs for his win, while the Team of Pratibh Saluja and Adarsh bested 25 others and pocketed ₹1.10 Lakhs in first-place prize money.

10K Bounty

The ₹10K Bounty was a fast-paced event which attracted a field of 173 entries, smashing the previous edition’s 47 entries which had crowned a winner in Sandip Jhawar.

The event was taken down by Pawan Jaiswal who had entered the final table with the third largest stack. He eliminated Kanishk Kapoor, Aditya Boddu, Saumil Krishnani, Ashish Choudhary and eventual runner-up Devesh Thapar on the nine-player final to win his first-ever live title, along with ₹2.40 Lakhs in prize money.

With the top 17 places assured payouts, Ashit Sharma became the tournament bubble.

Several notables finished in the money including Abhinav Garg (12th for ₹20,500), Ritesh Khatwani (13th for ₹18,000), Shivam Shukla (16th for ₹14,999), and Rithwik Nayak (17th for ₹14,999).

Abhishek Grover bubbled the final table, finishing 10th for ₹20,500.
