One interesting thing about the inaugural 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online series has been the incredibly long list of first-time bracelet winners! Where poker superstars like Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu have been struggling to win bracelets at the series, Ukraine’s Dmytro “Too Bad” Bystrovzorov joined the fast-growing list of first-time winners after taking down Event #65: $600 NLHE Deepstack for a personal-best $227,906.

The event registered 2,911 entries, generating a prize pool worth $1,659,270. Bystrovzorov, who only had two live scores to his name before this win, started the final table with a mid-stack of 12.51 Million. He went on to eliminate Giovani “Mandjocka” Torre, Matthew “Yellowbuddah” Train, and eventual runner-up Florian “Gaug1nho” Gaugusch before claiming his career-first gold bracelet, and a WSOPE package worth $12,000!

With only the top 368 players assured payouts, the notables who crossed the money line included Pavel “EzzzGame” Plesuv (11th for $12,321), Arnaud Enselme (25th for $6,370), Joao “naturalMENTE” Simao (37th for $4,580) and Elio Fox (39th for $4,580).
