With the 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online starting on GGPoker yesterday, there were as many as four WSOP bracelet events in the day`s plan. The only bracelet event running on WSOP.com, Event #19: $400 No-Limit Hold’em dragged in 2,545 entries (1,757 unique and 788 re-buys), generating a whopping $916,200 prize pool. After nearly 12 hours of intense play, New Jersey’s Kenny “Chopuh” Huynh emerged as the last player standing, winning his career-first WSOP gold bracelet and a personal-best $133,857 in prize money!
Huynh has $212,130 in total live earnings, including his previous career-best score of $80,298 for finishing second in the 2020 Parx Big Stax XXXII back in February. Before this WSOP title victory, Huynh had just one WSOP cash in Event #3, where he had finished 103rd for $979.
Huynh had started the final table with a mid-sized stack. He claimed the chip lead after winning a big pot against Kenneth “KBconcepts” Phillips, and eliminated “namhtiw1”, Hunter “Hunt_Dizzle” Frey and Sang “youngkoi” Lee. Even though Huynh entered the heads-up match facing a 2:1 chip deficit, he turned the tides in his favor, before defeating “610610” to claim the bracelet.
The other bracelet event that crowned a champion took place on GGPoker. Event #34: $525 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed. It was shipped by Japan’s Shoma ‘pp_syon’ Ishikawa for $117,650. A total of 54 bracelet events are expected to play out on GGPoker. However, due to a critical system bug, two ongoing events, namely, Event #32: $100 The Opener and Event #33: $1,111 Every 1 For COVID Relief had to be suspended for a week.
Shawn “100Grand” Berthiaume bubbled Event #19 in 372nd place.
William “Potrippper” Klevitz (11th for $8,887.14), Taylor “AyeTayTay24” Laran (16th for $5,497.20), Alexander “amzzzz” Ziskin (23rd for $4,397.76), Donna “dd817” DiCrescento (43rd for $2,830.22), Ryan “bitc0in” Riess (70th for $1,649.16), Matt “Berkey11_S4Y” Berkey (75th for $1,465.92), Mike “The Mouth” Matusow (88th for $$1,374.30) and Dave “dunningjrugr” Alfa (99th for $1,282.68), were among the poker heavyweights who scored.
“AJofHearts” bubbled the nine-player final table when their were cracked by Kenneth “KBconcepts” Phillips’ which bettered to a rivered flush. The former bowed out in 10th place for $8,887.14.

Final Table Recap
Having started out as the shortest stack, Paul “Debt2Me” Gunness was also the first player to exit the final table. His ran into “namhtiw1″s . Though Gunness did pair his four on the turn, but it wasn’t enough to prevent his elimination in ninth place.
Four minutes later, “namhtiw1” found their next victim in Michael “vapor098” Federico. The former’s obliterated Federico’s , after the board gave “namhtiw1” a flopped trip kings. Federico exited in eighth place.
Soon after that, Kenny “Chopuh” Huynh won a big pot against start-of-the-final table chip leader Kenneth “KBconcepts” Phillips and snatched the chip lead away from the latter.
At the start of Level 41, “namhtiw1”s run came to an end when their was defeated by chip leader Huynh’s which improved to a pair of kings on the turn. “namhtiw1” was eliminated in seventh place.
Less than 20 minutes later, Huynh went on a rampage and eliminated Hunter “Hunt_Dizzle” Frey in sixth place. Frey’s could not hold up against Huynh’s . The runout gave Frey three-of-a-kind jacks on the flop, but Huynh rivered a backdoor flush.
A level later, it was Kenneth “KBconcepts” Phillips‘ turn to depart from the final table. He jammed from the small blind for 3.77 Million and Vincent “meatball44” Ablahani called from the big blind, holding . Phillips showed . The community cards missed both players, and Ablahani`s pocket sevens won him the pot, dismissing Phillips in fifth place.
Finishing in fourth place was Sang “youngkoi” Lee. His were pitted against Huynh’s . On the runout, Huynh flopped a pair of aces, ousting Lee from the competition.
About five minutes later, Vincent “meatball44” Ablahani raised to 560,000 from the button and “610610” called from the small blind. Huynh called to see the flop . “610610” and Huynh checked while Ablahani led out for 1.12 Million. Huynh folded. “610610” called to see the turn . “610610” checked again, and Ablahani fired a bet of 2.57 Million. “610610” raised all-in for 10.35 Million. Ablahani called with 10.33 Million, putting his tournament life at risk.

While Ablahani had two pairs, “610610” was ahead with a flopped set of sixes. The river was of no help to Ablahani, eliminating the latter in third place.
The elimination gave “610610” the chip lead with a 25 Million stack, just as the heads-up match commenced against Kenny “Chopuh” Huynh, who was sitting with 13 Million in chips. Despite starting off on the backfoot, Huynh fought back and ended up claiming his first-ever WSOP bracelet.
On the final hand, Huynh opened from the button, and “610610” defended their big blind. On the flop, “610610” checked, and Huynh fired a bet. “610610” called to see the turn. “610610” checked again, and Huynh led out for 1.18 Million. “610610” 3-bet to 3.15 Million. Huynh called to see the river . “610610” for a third time. Huynh shoved for 19.31 Million, prompting “610610” to call for their last 10.98 Million. “610610” tabled for three-of-a-kind sixes, while Huynh turned over for a rivered straight.
Huynh not only claimed his career-first WSOP bracelet but also a $133,857 in prize money.
