The international tournament circuit is buzzing, and in this 3-Bet report, we bring you three recent winners from the Texas Card House Dallas, the Wynn Millions and the WSOP Circuit stop at Oklahoma Hard Rock Tulsa!

First, we’ve got the incredible story of Mallory Klaus (cover image – left), a poker dealer at Texas Card House Dallas. Klaus, who hadn’t even planned on playing, jumped into an $800 buy-in tournament at the very venue she worked in on a whim and ended up taking it down for a life-changing $211,745. It’s the kind of win every low-stakes grinder dreams of, made even sweeter by the fact that she did it surrounded by her friends and colleagues.

Then, we turn our attention to a true poker legend: Kathy Liebert (cover image – right top). This Women Poker Hall of Famer proved that age is just a number, conquering the $1,100 Wynn Millions Seniors Event for a cool $39,097. It’s another impressive title for Liebert, who already boasts a WSOP bracelet and a resume that spans decades.

Finally, we bring you the latest chapter in the heated battle for the all-time WSOP Circuit ring record. Dan Lowery (cover image – right bottom) just snagged his 17th ring in Event #1: $250 Seniors at the Oklahoma Hard Rock Tulsa for $17,187, putting him within striking distance of the leaders, Ari Engel (19 rings) and Maurice Hawkins (18 rings). This three-way race is one of the most exciting storylines in poker right now, and Lowery’s latest victory adds even more fuel to the fire.

Dealer’s Delight: Mallory Klaus Hits $211K Jackpot at Her Home Card Room

Every poker player, from the weekend warrior to the low-stakes regular, harbours a secret fantasy: that one life-altering win. For Mallory Klaus, a poker dealer at Texas Card House (TCH) Dallas, that “fantasy” was realised last month, and that “life-altering win” was a jaw-dropping $211,745. Klaus took down an $800 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament, turning a spur-of-the-moment decision into a life-changing score.

The location made this win extra special. She did it on her home turf, surrounded by the cheers of friends, colleagues, and the TCH Dallas regulars who’ve watched her deal countless hands. It was a true “home game” victory in every sense of the word.

Klaus, originally from Oklahoma but now a proud Texan, is more than just a dealer at TCH Dallas. She’s become a familiar face at the club, hosting the livestream and acting as an ambassador. She’s also active in the wider poker community, promoting Poker Rx, a league back in Oklahoma City, and representing the RunGood Poker Series (RGPS). And if that wasn’t enough, she’s also the Vice President of Marketing and Relations for 3Coin, a brand helmed by Randy Sadler, a name familiar to anyone who tunes into Hustler Casino Live.

This win wasn’t even on her radar. Klaus hadn’t planned on playing in the Title Event of TCH’s Trailblazer Tour. But when she showed up at the poker room and found every table packed for the tournament, with no cash games running, she figured, “Why not?” That spur-of-the-moment decision led her to outlast a massive field of 1,943 entrants, taking her career earnings on Hendon Mob from a relatively small $12,000 to a head-turning $224,000.

Those who know Klaus weren’t exactly shocked by her success. Randy Sadler, her close collaborator, openly admitted he “wasn’t surprised” she navigated such a huge field. He credits her with a big part of his business’s success, and clearly, her poker skills are just as sharp.

Don’t expect this windfall to change Klaus’s lifestyle too much. She’s a regular in the $1/$2 and $2/$5 cash games and plans to stay there. Sure, a Disney World trip with her son and a European adventure with her dad are on the horizon, but she’s not about to become a high-stakes tournament regular, except maybe for a few smaller buy-in events at the World Series of Poker (WSOP).

That said, she’s not afraid of a little high-stakes action, either. There was that one time she jumped into a $50/$100 mixed game at TCH, subbing for a player who was running late. With her entire $5,000 bankroll on the line, she managed to triple it up in under an hour, thanks to a well-timed full house. As soon as the original player arrived, she cashed out, pulling off a perfect – and completely accidental – “hit and run,” witnessed by poker pro and author Greg Vail, among others.

More than just a player, Klaus is a proud representative and employee of Texas Card House. TCH Dallas, part of a network of six major poker rooms across Texas, operates within the state’s unique legal landscape. Instead of taking rake from each pot (which is illegal in Texas), players pay an hourly fee to play, often a more player-friendly approach. It’s a system that clearly works, fostering a strong community and, as Klaus’s win shows, creating opportunities for players of all levels.

Poker Legend Kathy Liebert Still Crushing: Wins Wynn Millions Seniors Event ($39,097)

Kathy Liebert is a true poker icon! And if anyone thought this living legend was past her prime, think again. Liebert recently added another trophy to her already overflowing collection, taking down the Wynn Millions Seniors Event for a cool $39,097. She defeated Stuart Taylor heads-up, who took home $23,477 for his efforts.

The two-day, $1,100 buy-in tournament, a highlight of the Wynn Millions festival running from February 17-23, drew 158 players. The $100,000 guaranteed prize pool was easily surpassed, ending up at $152,470. The elegant Wynn Poker Room provided the setting for a tournament that saw intense action among experienced players. Only the top 20 finishers made the money, with payouts starting at $2,268.

This win is Liebert’s second live tournament victory in the last year. Last August, she conquered the Wynn Signature Series Ladies Event, pocketing $5,806, breaking a ten-year winless streak. Her latest win sends a clear signal – Liebert is still a player who can dominate the tables.

Several well-known poker pros, including Vanessa Kade, Veronica Brill and Kevin MacPhee, offered their congratulations on social media, reinforcing the high level of respect she has earned in the poker community.

Liebert’s place in poker history is undeniable. Inducted into the Women in Poker Hall of Fame in 2010 and nominated multiple times for the Poker Hall of Fame, she owns a WSOP bracelet from 2004, capping a career that has lasted for decades. Her continued success is an inspiration to aspiring players everywhere.

And it’s not just live poker where Liebert excels. In 2022, she added a WSOP Circuit ring to her collection, winning an online event for $18,641. Whether it’s live or online, high-stakes or lower, Liebert’s deep understanding of the game and her ability to adapt make her a formidable opponent in any format.

Dan Lowery Closing in on WSOP Circuit Ring Record With Ring #17 in Tulsa

Dan Lowery just tightened the screws in the race for the all-time WSOP Circuit ring record. The Arkansas poker pro added another piece of WSOP hardware to his collection, snagging his 17th World Series of Poker Circuit ring at the Oklahoma Hard Rock Tulsa. He topped a field of 448 entries in Event #1: $250 Seniors. That’s $17,187 in his pocket and another notch on his already impressive poker belt.

This $89,600 prize pool tournament was classic Lowery. He played it cool, played it smart, and navigated his way to the final table with finesse. He faced off against Basil Sweis heads-up, and while Sweis put up a good fight (and walked away with a nice $11,457), Lowery was just not to be denied. Daven Flax also had a solid showing, finishing third for $7,953.

This win pushes Lowery’s total live earnings to over $3.67 Million, according to The Hendon Mob, cementing his place as the top-earning tournament player from Arkansas.

But the really big story here is the race for the all-time WSOP Circuit ring record. Lowery’s now sitting in third place, with only Ari Engel (19 rings) and Maurice Hawkins (18 rings) ahead of him. The competition between these three has been intense, with each player adding to their totals in recent weeks.

Just last month, Maurice Hawkins grabbed his 18th ring (and $140,752) at the 2025 WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Baltimore Main Event, briefly tying with Engel for the lead. But only five days later, Ari Engel fired back, winning the $500 buy-in WSOP Online Super Circuit series in Pennsylvania to retake the outright lead with 19 rings.
