Monday proved to be a bustling day for online poker players, with two headline stops captivating players and fans alike. Spartan Poker’s India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) 15.0 and PokerBaazi’s 1000X Series, now in its fourth edition, ran at full throttle, keeping the excitement levels high even as PokerStars India`s Summer Series 3.0 took a day`s break.

Spartan Poker’s IOPC 15.0 crowned seven champions on Monday, and leading the charge was Arnav Vashisth. Known for his previous triumph in Destiny 27.0, Vashisth shipped the day’s biggest guaranteed tournament, IOPC #38 Monday Prime, securing an impressive ₹7.72 Lakhs in prize money and earning the well-deserved title of the day’s top scorer.

Young Gun Aayush Arya was another trailblazer who showcased his exceptional skills by winning the two featured tournaments on PokerBaazi. His biggest paycheque of 2.85 Lakhs came from a top finish in 1000X#8 Monday Prime, while Shamin Riza locked in 1.73 Lakhs as the runner-up. Just two hours later, Arya conquered The Big Show, netting a top prize of 1.96 Lakhs. With total earnings of ₹4.86 Lakhs for the day, Arya firmly established himself as one of the standout performers.

Armaan Kochhar, a former lawyer turned poker player, was also in beast mode. He took down Spartan Poker`s IOPC #39 Monday Spotlight, pocketing a first-place prize of 3.48 Lakhs. Notably, he also made a strong run in PokerStars India’s Eliminator [8-Max], finishing as the runner-up with a payday of ₹39,733. Kochhar’s six deep runs throughout the day accumulated total earnings of ₹4.65 Lakhs.

Manish Lakhotia, last week`s IOPC #6 Thursday High champion, continued his winning streak by becoming the first player to win two IOPC titles in the ongoing series. Lakhotia emerged victorious in Spartan Poker’s IOPC #37 (Mid), claiming the top prize of 2.17 Lakhs. In addition to this remarkable achievement, he cashed in four other events, amassing an impressive payout of ₹2.58 Lakhs. Sachin Raj secured the runner-up position in IOPC #37, earning ₹1.44 Lakhs.

Ramesh Pathipati triumphed in Spartan Poker’s IOPC #40 All Rounder – Monster Stack (Mid), seizing the top prize of 2.12 Lakhs and a seat on the 6 Lakhs GTD All Rounder SnG scheduled for June 18.

Other notable IOPC titles winners on Monday included Prem Poonia (Won IOPC #34 Triple Chance for 1.57 Lakhs), the #1 ranked player on the IOPC Series leaderboard Kritagya Sharma (Won IOPC #35 for 1.55 Lakhs), and Vishal Kumar (Won IOPC #36 (Low) for 97,450).

Like Aayush Arya, Yash Chitre, Sunday’s 1000X#2 champion, posted two title victories yesterday. Chitre went head-to-head with Armaan Kochhar in the Eliminator [8-Max]. In a thrilling showdown, Chitre emerged victorious, securing the winner’s prize of 80,185. Not stopping there, he scored an even better 92,500 for taking down Pocket52’s Monday marquee, Pocket Jacks. Chitre accumulated an impressive 1.97 Lakhs in total earnings from nine deep runs.

Meanwhile, Adda52 user ‘DarthMelkor’ achieved a personal best on Monday, winning the Iron Man for a handsome prize of 1.75 Lakhs. A heads-up deal was struck between ‘DarthMelkor’ and ‘narsimha3,‘ who secured the second position and a respectable 1.46 Lakhs.

Rishabh Harsh celebrated his maiden victory in the 1000X Series, emerging as the champion in the 1000X#7 (PLO-5) and earning ₹72,700 (won ₹94,982 overall).

Ambika Walia’ (Won 1000X#9 (7-Max) for 1.07 Lakhs) and Binoj S (Won 1000X#6 for ₹74,353) were the other notable winners in the 1000X Series on Monday.
