After a fortnight of adrenaline-charged action, the usual calm prevailed on the digital felts on Monday. The micro and small stakes players, the IndiaPlays Micro Poker League, proved to be the silver lining on an otherwise dull day.
The curtains finally fell on India Poker Championship`s Final Table Series 6.0 with the ₹10 Lakhs GTD FTS The Master Table crowning a champion in Young Gun Abhinav Iyer. The winner-takes-all SNG saw Iyer outlasting 19 other rivals to win a Las Vegas package worth ₹10 Lakhs.
Spartan Poker user ‘sewadari’ posted their first title victory on the site after shipping The CashMaker – Triple Chance, banking the day’s single-biggest payout worth ₹2.01 Lakhs (their second-best score on Spartan Poker).

FTS The Master Table – ₹10 Lakhs GTD
There was little doubt about Abhinav ‘hightr0ller’ Iyer traveling to Las Vegas this summer for the 2023 World Series of Poker. Still, the bracelet winner reduced ₹10 Lakhs in expenses for the upcoming trip after winning the Final Table Series 6.0 The Master Table, bagging a paid package to Sin City.
While 24 designated FTS champions were to convene for the grand SNG on Spartan Poker at 8 PM last night, 20 players were part of the field, as four players qualified twice. One of these four was Iyer, who entered The Master Table with a 1.5X starting stack, having won FTS #57 Sunday Grande and FTS #40 Thursday Grande at the series.
