With a day left for the year to culminate, things have been spicing up on the virtual felts despite no big-guaranteed MTT series playing out.
While some of the most notable names of the domestic circuit topped the Thursday marquees, Aditya Singh was the breakout performer among them. Though Singh missed out on claiming any titles, his runner-up finishes in Spartan Poker’s Thursday High Roller (for ₹4.69 Lakhs) and PokerStars India’s The Colosseum (for ₹2.46 Lakhs), saw him making away with at least ₹7.15 Lakhs in Thursday winnings – the biggest cumulative score of the day!
The current POY leaderboard topper, Young Gun Anuj Yadav, championed Spartan Poker’s Thursday High Roller for the second time, banking the day’s single biggest payout worth ₹5.19 Lakhs. He also FT-ed Adda52’s Columbus (6th for ₹58,119), wrangling at least ₹5.77 Lakhs in Thursday earnings.
Young Gun Sanat Mehrotra claimed his third MTT title of the week in Adda52’s Columbus for ₹3.87 Lakhs. He placed third in Spartan Poker’s Ultron for ₹1.89 Lakhs, lapping up ₹5.70 Lakhs overall.
Ankit Wadhawan rounded out his Thursday run with ₹4.47 Lakhs in total winnings, including taking down PokerStars India’s The Colosseum (for ₹2.46 Lakhs) and finishing third in Adda52’s Columbus (for ₹1.71 Lakhs).
Dhiraj Lakhotia shipped PokerBaazi’s The Summit for a second time last night, pocketing ₹4.18 Lakhs up top.
