As we saw on Monday, PokerBaazi`s National Poker Series drove the Tuesday action!

Amit Kaushik was the day`s breakout winner. The poker streamer won two marquee tournaments (Adda52`s The Mint and Spartan Poker`s The Race) and came within striking distance of clinching a third, adding ₹5 Lakhs across his Tuesday night run! And the best part is he did it all while streaming his run in the three FTs he made last night.

Arindam Sengupta won the NPS featured tournament of the day, PokerBaazi`s NPS#54 Tuesday Mega Tee-Off, for a site-best ₹4.90 Lakhs following a heads-up deal with Kushal Pal (2nd for ₹4.46 Lakhs).

Young Gun Shardul Parthasarathi shipped the Spartan Poker headliner, Mega Stack (Millionaire Bubble), for 3.49 Lakhs. He cashed another four events for a total take-home worth ₹3.93 Lakhs.

Saransh Garg added an NPS gold medal to go with the silver medal he won last week by taking down NPS#55 Monster Deepdive for ₹3.24 Lakhs.

Young Gun Sanat Mehrotra was another Tuesday trailblazer with ₹4.87 Lakhs in total winnings. The IIT and IIM alumni shipped PokerStars India’s Bounty Builder HR (₹2.41 Lakhs) before clinching the NPS silver medal behind Garg in NPS#55 Monster Deepdive (₹2.27 Lakhs), crossing ₹8 Crores in online earnings.

Dhaval Doshi came out on top in NPS#53 Slam Dunk to collect a personal-best ₹2.59 Lakhs, with Adarsh Subham placing runner-up for ₹1.82 Lakhs.

Rohit Begwani became the first player to win three NPS Gold Medals at the ongoing series as he championed NPS#52 Tuesday Run-Up for 80,573. He cashed another four NPS marquees yesterday, storming his way to the #1 position in the NPS leaderboard and NPS podium standings.

Shawn Chatterton, Gaurav Karmhe, Harsh Dembla, and Anish Arora won the other Tuesday marquees!

The NPS Main Event will run another four starting flights at 7:30 PM daily from Wednesday to Saturday, followed by two flights on Sunday (2 PM and 4 PM).

The Day 2 finale starts at 9 PM on March 20, Sunday, where all advancing players will play down until the final table is formed. The last leg of the Main Event will be held at the PokerBaazi LIVE poker room onboard Casino Majestic Pride in Goa on March 24.

The fourth flight of the ₹550 buy-in ₹1 Crore GTD NPS Golden Rush registered 445 entries, taking the total registrations to 5,611 (Qualifier 1 – 2,225, Qualifier 2 – 1,824, Qualifier 3 – 1,117, and Qualifier 4 – 445).

The event is almost guaranteed to set a new attendance record, with 20,000 entries needed to hit its eight-figure guarantee. The NPS Golden Rush has locked in a quarter of that tall target in the first four qualifiers alone.

Coming back to Qualifier 4, only 65 players survived through to Day 2. ‘Anushashetty18’ (404,000), ‘daughter223’ (218,000), ‘kapsa92’ (214,000), Abhiman ‘abhimanurs’ Urs (211,000), Karan ’99ayka99′ Jain (204,000), ‘boss000’ (204,000), Rohit ‘ChubbyGhost’ Begwani (194,000), ‘tanay0405’ (190,000), ‘rakeyes6’ (189,000), and Saurabh ‘twister’ Rohila (183,000) made it on the day-end top 10 chip count’s list.

The Qualifier 1 chip leader ‘Raverage’ (583,000) continues to enjoy the overall chip lead.

NPS Golden Rush Final is scheduled at 9 PM on March 20 and will play down till the final table. The final table resumes on March 25 at 1:30 PM at the PokerBaazi LIVE poker room onboard Casino Majestic Pride in Goa.
