Many from the MTT community seem to have taken time off after the hectic NPS grind, as we saw most of the Wednesday flagships registering significant overlays. This is the third consecutive day this has happened.

Ankit Bajaj topped the Wednesday charts. The former FTS Double Stack winner took down Spartan Poker’s ₹26 Lakhs GTD Destiny for ₹5.86 Lakhs, his best-recorded finish this year.

Rishi Mundhra and Ravinder Singh also bagged their best finish of the year so far. While Rishi Mundhra came out on top in Adda52’s Maverick to win ₹3.75 Lakhs, Ravinder Singh snagged PokerBaazi’s The Pride title for ₹2.63 Lakhs after defeating Harshad Barve heads-up.

Tuesday’s The Race champion Ashish Kumar extended his winning run on Spartan Poker by shipping the Wednesday Vibes for ₹1.78 Lakhs. Atishay Samuel championed Adda52’s La Luna for ₹1.22 Lakhs, beating the former AOPS Main Event winner Faiz Alam heads-up.

Dhinesh Kumar, Michael Keishing, Suraj N Yadav, Abhishek Gupta, Anuj Laddhad, and Akash Arora took down the other marquee titles.

Spartan Poker’s Destiny 20.0 series crowned its third champion last night. The ₹26 Lakhs GTD tourney fell ₹2.20 Lakhs short of its listed guarantee after 476 entrants signed up to play. Starting at 8 PM, the event ended at 3:05 AM with the former FTS Double Stack champion Ankit Omprakash ‘ ON_MY_MAC’ Bajaj coming out on top to win ₹5.86 Lakhs, making him Wednesday`s chartbuster. He also booked a seat in the ₹10 Lakhs GTD Destiny 20.0 SnG Finale set for September (9 PM), at the same time, crossing ₹50 Lakhs in annual earnings.

Tuesday’s The Race champion Ashish ‘King$layer’ Kumar continued his hot run by taking down a second Spartan Poker marquee in consecutive days for ₹1.78 Lakhs. Young Gun Siddhanth ‘PluRibu$’ Kripalani placed runner-up for ₹1.13 Lakhs.

Ashish Kumar scored another two ITM finishes last night, collectively earning ₹1.92 Lakhs. He now boasts ₹47.46 Lakhs in lifetime online earnings (₹11.66 Lakhs in net profits).

The long-time circuit reg Harshad ‘omglukbox’ Barve came second for ₹1.84 Lakhs. The ₹3,850 entry buy-in event logged in a smashing 358-entry field, collecting ₹12.53 Lakhs in the prize pool (over 25% more than its listed ₹10 Lakhs guarantee).

Ravinder Singh bagged his third title of the year on Wednesday, improving his lifetime online tally to ₹67.38 Lakhs (₹18.89 Lakhs in net profits). The former SSS Destiny champion Harshad Barve has touched ₹2.03 Crores in lifetime winnings (₹17.08 Lakhs in net profits).

PokerStars India’s ₹5 Lakhs GTD Night on Stars was among the several Wednesday marquees that failed to meet its advertised guarantees. The 7:30 PM event experienced an overlay of ₹1.21 Lakhs from an entry field of 214 runners (includes 92 re-entries). The tourney played down to a thrilling heads-up finale between the former Full House winner Dhinesh ‘you3betl4bet’ Kuma and Rahul ‘LaughingBoddha’ Sengar. Ultimately, Kumar prevailed to win the title for ₹97,576.

Dhinesh Kumar made another ITM finish last night, collectively earning ₹1.12 Lakhs. He now has ₹2.66 Crores in lifetime winnings (₹1.09 Crores in net profits). Rahul Sengar, who had satellited his way into the event, added ₹74,672 for his runner-up finish, boosting his lifetime tally to ₹1.20 Crores (₹28.78 Lakhs in net profits).

This was Mundhra’s fifth title victory of the year, and he now sits on ₹84.23 Lakhs in recorded winnings on Adda52 (₹35.32 Lakhs in site-profits).

Atishay ‘pokergod56’ Samuel raced past the competition in the ₹4 Lakhs GTD La Luna to win ₹1.22 Lakhs. The former AOPS Main Event champion Faiz ‘theinternetkid’ Alam finished runner-up for ₹72,529. Compared to the Maverick, La Luna did relatively much better as it collected a guarantee-crushing ₹4.76 Lakhs prize pool on the back of 290 entries.

Atishay Samuel booked his third six-figure score in the last four days with the win and has climbed up to ₹81.88 Lakhs in lifetime online winnings (₹24.42 Lakhs in net profits).

Faiz Alam FT-ed two events yesterday that included a sixth-place finish in PokerBaazi’s The Pride for ₹52,626, collectively adding 1.25 Lakhs.

Upcoming poker talent Atishay ‘pokergod56’ Samuel registered his third deep run in four days last night. After finishing runner-up in Sunday’s Money Heist on Spartan Poker and Monday’s Iron Man on Adda52, Samuel finally locked in a title win in Adda52’s ₹4 Lakhs GTD La Luna for ₹1.22 Lakhs.

He also placed 11th in Spartan Poker’s Wednesday Vibes for ₹11,108, raking in ₹1.32 Lakhs in cumulative earnings. Samuel now has tracked online winnings worth ₹81.88 Lakhs (₹24.42 Lakhs in net profits).

Atishay Samuel’s heads-up opponent Faiz ‘theinternetkid’ Alam is another player who’s been in good form of late. The Kolkata-based pro placed third in PokerStars India’s Battle Royale on Monday and secured two FT finishes on Wednesday. Alam posted two deep runs last night, crossing ₹3.45 Crores in lifetime online winnings (₹79.23 Lakhs in net profits).
