With the Deltin Poker Tournament now in the rear-view mirror, the MTT crowd has got back to the grind, and Wednesday reigned in an eventful day of online action.
Friday’s The Elite winner ‘Whale Machi’ (anonymity requested) championed Wednesday`s biggest guaranteed tournament, Spartan Poker’s Destiny, pocketing ₹4.31 Lakhs and a seat in the Destiny 23.0 SnG Finale. A heads-up deal saw ‘ksingla’ banking ₹3.48 Lakhs in second place. The #1 ranked player of the year, Young Gun Anuj Yadav, came third for ₹2.21 Lakhs.
The former ATOC Main Event Finale runner-up finisher Ankit Saurabh walked away with Adda52’s Maverick title and ₹3.94 Lakhs in prize money. He added another ₹19,196 from his fourth-place finish in Spartan Poker’s Sundowner.
Anshul Mishra took down PokerBaazi’s The Pride for ₹2.51 Lakhs, while Anmolraj Singh Chawla finished runner-up for ₹1.76 Lakhs. Chawla did even better in PokerStars India’s Big Bubble Rush. He won the 9:30 PM marquee for ₹30,264, raking in a personal-best ₹2.06 Lakhs overall.
Suraj N Yadav was the last player standing in Spartan Poker’s Wednesday Vibes and won the title for ₹1.16 Lakhs, picking up his second title this year. Young Gun Anmol Mehta collected ₹78,320 in second place.
Sachin Kinger, Mohak Kapoor, Karan Malhotra, Amrit Mishra, Ankur Aryan, Karan Sitlani, Roshan Gurbuxani, Paras Jain, Rahul Lal, Md Nazim, and Nishant Pandey were the other standout winners.
