But that’s not all! Ahuja finished runner-up in PokerStars India’s The Big Bash [PKO] for ₹1.82 Lakhs and placed 13th in PokerBaazi’s The Weekly HighRoller for ₹32,712, raking in a jaw-dropping ₹30.83 Lakhs that propelled him to the #2 rank on the annual leaderboard.
Wait wait! There’s more! Ahuja also breached ₹13 Crores in tracked online winnings and ₹5 Crores in net profits! Phew! What a phenomenal Friday it was for the WSOP Circuit ring winner!
The second FTS marquee to grace Spartan Poker’s Friday schedule was the FTS #45 that crowned a champion in Harsh Bubna. The pro hailing from the ‘City of Joy’ locked in a handsome ₹8.75 Lakhs, along with an FTS Silver Medallion, after besting Vivek Singh (2nd for ₹5.52 Lakhs) heads-up. Bubna collected ₹9.14 Lakhs in Friday earnings, barrelling across the ₹4 Crores mark in online winnings.
Paawan Bansal (Won FTS #43 for ₹1.75 Lakhs), Samay Singh Modi (Won FTS #42 Multi Entry for ₹1.34 Lakhs), and Amrit Navlani (Won FTS #46 PLO 4 – Bounty for ₹92,643) shipped the other Final Table Series 5.0 titles on Friday.
Young Gun Laksh Pal Singh trounced a field of 307 runners in PokerStars India’s The Big Bash (PKO) – Boosted Guarantee, pocketing a cool ₹3.25 Lakhs for his outright victory. The MTT pro netted a whopping ₹7.54 Lakhs in total winnings on the back of three FT finishes.
WSOP bracelet winner Aditya Sushant joined the winner’s list after taking down PokerBaazi’s The Weekly HighRoller for a second time this year, banking ₹4.85 Lakhs up top.
