With the weekend closing in, the MTT turnouts on Thursday were encouraging, and the top regs dominated most of the day’s flagships!

PokerGuru Ambassadors dominated the action with two titles and a bunch of FT runs. PokerGuru Staking coach Ashish Munot emerged as the day`s top scorer for winning Adda52’s Godfather for 6.12 Lakhs. Kshitij Kucheria placed runner-up for 3.62 Lakhs.

The IOPC #108 – PKO champion ‘SlugaBed’ (anonymity requested) bagged their second title this month in Spartan Poker’s Trending Thursday for ₹4.23 Lakhs. ‘RoshuRen’ (2nd for ₹2.85 Lakhs) and Saransh Garg (3rd for ₹2.01 Lakhs) round out the podium.

Following through on his The Pride win the day before, Rishab Malik shipped PokerBaazis The Summit last night for 3.90 Lakhs. Monam Hayat came second for 2.74 Lakhs.

Online reg dilbaghsingh’ (anonymity requested) took down PokerBaazis (7-Max) SPRINT for 1.29 Lakhs. Rising Star Ritwik Khanna finished runner-up for 90,250. Khanna also FT-ed Trending Thursday (6th for 97,800), collectively adding 2.04 Lakhs.

PokerGuru Ambassador Vishal Bajaj was the second player from the PokerGuru Staking stable making the Thursday headlines. The former The Millionaire champion chopped PokerStars India’s Highroller with Avijit Jaiswal, and both players pocketed ₹1.83 Lakhs in prize money.

Shrey Baj, Mukesh Surana, Anish Arora, Neeraj Sattawat, Sameer Agarwal, Piyush Lalchandani, Prince Singh, Avinash Koneru, and Shubham Chaudhary won the other Thursday marquees.

Spartan Poker`s ₹20 Lakhs GTD Trending Thursday registered a marginal ₹10,000 overlay shortfall as 398 users registered to play. The IOPC #108 – PKO winner ‘SlugaBed’ (anonymity requested) came out on top to win ₹4.23 Lakhs and their second title of the month. ‘RoshuRen’ (2nd for ₹2.85 Lakhs) and Saransh ‘iammrmeeseeks’ Garg (3rd for ₹2.01 Lakhs) made podium finishes.

However, the 5,500 buy-in event could only bring in 438 runners, filling in a glaring 3.10 Lakhs in overlays. The top 49 places got paid. And coming out on top was none other than one of the top-ranked MTT players in the country and PokerGuru Staking coach, Ashish ‘ragspoker’ Munot (opted out of our tracked database), who won the title for 6.12 Lakhs. Kshitij ‘kmk1127’ Kucheria placed runner-up for 3.62 Lakhs.

Shrey ‘kingsb30’ Baj kept his heater going as he took down the 187-player field in the 5 Lakhs GTD Monster Turbo to win 1.39 Lakhs. Yudhishthir ‘rowdy6’ Singh Rathore finished runner-up for 84,000. The 2,500 buy-in event logged in 187 entries, and the top 19 finishers benefitted from the 79,250 overlay value added by the site.
