The midweek action was nothing short of the weekend fireworks, with Adda52’s WPT Online India & PokerDangal’s DVS running a packed schedule of events.

Avneesh Munjal walked away as the day’s top scorer after taking down Spartan Poker’s Destiny title for ₹6.19 Lakhs and a seat in the ₹10 Lakhs GTD Destiny 20.0 SNG Finale.

Adda52 user ‘Hiesenberg07’ shipped the WPT trophy event of the day, the WPT Wednesday Rush for ₹3.63 Lakhs following a three-way deal with ‘Amod1001’ (2nd for ₹3.29 Lakhs) and the UFC KO Series Mini Main Event champion Himanshu Kataria (3rd for ₹3.24 Lakhs).

The former AOPS Holdem 6-Max winner ‘csat82’ came out on top in the WPT Deepstack to collect a personal-best (on Adda52) ₹4.42 Lakhs and the WPT trophy. The former Adda52 Millions champion Ankit Khattar placed second for ₹2.63 Lakhs.

The recent Sunday Highroller PKO winner Anurag Srivastava pocketed ₹2.21 Lakhs for taking down PokerBaazi’s The Pride defeating Amit Kaushik heads-up.

Bharat Vasan topped PokerBaazi’s Daily Sprint 7-Max for ₹1.19 Lakhs.

TLB Crusher Neeraj Kumar put up another firecracker performance as he won two titles for a cumulative ₹1.14 Lakhs in Wednesday winnings.

The former AOPS Main Event runner-up finisher Avneesh ‘IamAM’ Munjal raced past the 467-entry field and defeated ‘Dangalion’ (runner-up for ₹3.85 Lakhs) heads-up to win the Destiny title for ₹6.19 Lakhs. The Mumbai-based Avneesh Munjal is now the seventh player to book a seat in the Destiny 20.0 SNG Finale scheduled for September 5 (9 PM).

It was a firecracker Wednesday on Adda52, with the site playing host to 10 WPT Online India events. Headlining the Day 18 schedule of the series were two WPT trophy events, and the more prominent of the two, the ₹20 Lakhs GTD WPT Wednesday Rush, saw Adda52 user ‘Hiesenberg07’ outlast the 864-entry field to win ₹3.63 Lakhs and their first WPT Online trophy. Before taking down the title, they struck a three-way deal with ‘Amod1001’ (2nd for ₹3.29 Lakhs) and UFC KO Series Mini Main Event champion Himanshu ‘StupidCommonMan’ Kataria (3rd for ₹3.24 Lakhs).

The former AOPS Big PLO champion ‘peacelover’ (anonymity requested) took down the ₹6 Lakhs GTD WPT Moonlight for ₹1.29 Lakhs following a heads-up deal with Rising Star Ritwik ‘ritwik27’ Khanna (2nd for ₹1.12 Lakhs). The event registered 335 entries, overlaying ₹50,600.

Running alongside the Wednesday marquees was Flight 18 of the ₹1 Crore GTD WPT Unreal. The event clocked in 802 participants, and 77 of them made it across to Day 2. ‘manishratwaya16’ (495,661), Utkarsh ‘sam20542’ Srivastava (492,723), and ‘Suneel36’ (489,031) topped the day-end chip counts.

After almost seven hours of intense gameplay, the user ‘sumit_5011’ took down the title for ₹88,695 following a heads-up chop with ‘neelam07’ (runner-up for ₹86,545).

The ₹1.75 Lakhs GTD Big Bubble Rush was taken down by ‘Mnk_820’, who walked away with the ₹30,658 up-top. ‘min2thomas’ placed second for ₹29,658. The 1,100 entry buy-in event clocked in 161 entrants to leave an overlay of ₹14,000, and the top 17 places boarded the money bus.
