Friday night unfolded high-octane action. The day clearly belonged to the PokerGuru Ambassadors, with the team taking down two flagship tourneys alongside another two FT finishes.
The #1 ranked player on the 2021 leaderboard standings, PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh Pal Singh championed The Elite on Spartan Poker for ₹5.73 Lakhs, while teammate Ankit Wadhawan took down The Weekly HighRoller on PokerBaazi for ₹3.73 Lakhs.
The other players hitting the day`s headlines were Vishal Kumar (won the ATOC Highroller for ₹10.60 Lakhs), Chandan Arora (3rd in ATOC Highroller for ₹9.18 Lakhs), Sahil Mahboobani (won PokerStars India`s ₹7 Lakhs GTD Uppercut for ₹1.54 Lakhs and placed runner-up in The Weekly HighRoller for ₹2.36 Lakhs and Harshad Barve (won Spartan Poker’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Futuristic for ₹1.53 Lakhs and placed 6th in the ATOC Highroller for ₹2.23 Lakhs)!

Spartan Poker
Spartan Poker`s Friday headliner, the ₹30 Lakhs GTD The Elite, logged in 307 participants, and the top 27 places got a piece of the ₹30.70 Lakhs prize pool. After almost eight hours of play, the recent IOPC – The Crown champion, PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh ‘LuckyBhai$’ Pal Singh, came out on top to collect ₹5.73 Lakhs. He struck a heads-up deal with Sandeep ‘hawes’ Bhatnagar (runner-up for ₹5.65 Lakhs). After last night`s win, Laksh Pal Singh has pulled further ahead on the 2021 leaderboard and seems to be sprinting towards the “₹6 Crore-Club.”
Laksh Pal Singh`s Stats: Lifetime Earnings: ₹5.93 Crores (₹2.47 Crores net profits), Annual Earnings: ₹96.28 Lakhs (₹54.75 Lakhs net profits).
The ₹10 Lakhs GTD Futuristic featuring an affordable ₹880 entry buy-in, overlaid ₹91,200 after 1,136 hopefuls signed up to play. Harshad ‘omglukbox’ Barve was the last player standing and banked ₹1.53 Lakhs after cutting a heads-up deal with Ankit ‘GongZilla’ Singh (runner-up for ₹1.51 Lakhs). Barve had a smashing Friday night run as he also placed sixth in the ATOC Highroller for ₹2.23 Lakhs, banking ₹3.77 Lakhs overall.
PokerStars India
PokerStars India`s Friday mainstay, the ₹7 Lakhs GTD Uppercut, had to fill in ₹98,000 in overlays after registering 172 entries. The 7:30 PM tourney got in the books at 2:13 AM, with Sahil ‘inaboobham’ Mahboobani navigating his way to the top to win ₹1.54 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish ‘Spewushhhiiiii’ Ahuja placed runner-up for ₹83,076.
Among a handful of players with over ₹7 Crores in lifetime earnings, Mahboobani went on a tear last night as he also placed runner-up in PokerBaazi`s The Weekly Highroller for ₹2.36 Lakhs, cashing ₹3.90 Lakhs overall.

The ₹2 Lakhs GTD Classic PKO did comparatively better as 147 runners helped collect a profitable ₹2.21 Lakhs prize pool. The mystery user ‘YKARKI2147’ shipped the tourney to win ₹48,150 (₹22,310 in prize money and ₹25,840 in bounties).
Gautam ‘BE@tTheF!sh’ Sachdeva placed runner-up for ₹27,138 (₹22,310 in prize money and ₹4,828 in bounties).
PokerBaazi
The Friday flagship at PokerBaazi, the ₹12 Lakhs GTD The Weekly HighRoller, gathered 111 entrants, falling ₹90,000 short of its advertised guarantee. The 8 PM event ended at 4:14 AM, with PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit ‘d00mtr00p3r’ Wadhawan coming out on top to win ₹3.73 Lakhs. The Uppercut champion, Sahil ‘ImHighIshove’ Mahboobani placed runner-up for ₹2.36 Lakhs.
The daily-running ₹1.5 Lakhs GTD 6-Max Holdem Boost saw ‘Surya12’ outlasting a guarantee-smashing field of 208 entries to away with the title and a paycheck worth ₹50,232. ‘Odinson’ placed runner-up for ₹35,214.
Adda52
Adda52’s inaugural ATOC series is just three days away from the finish line. On Friday, the ₹2 Crore GTD ATOC Main Event ran Day 1E, and the ₹11,000 entry buy-in flagship recorded 158 entries. Only 19 contenders survived the day`s play, with PokerGuru Ambassador Arjanveer Singh ‘arjan30’ Chadha (259,175) bagging the end-of-the-day chip lead. Rishabh ‘rishabh002’ Gupta (217,299) and Goonjan ‘gmtesting’ Mall (184,161) carried forward the next top stacks the day.
The Main Event has filled in 781 entries so far and has four more starting flights lined up before Day 2 tomorrow.
The ATOC trophy event of the day was the massive ₹50 Lakhs GTD ATOC Highroller. The ₹27,500 entry buy-in tourney took flight at 9 PM on Friday and wrangled in 208 entries. The top 21 places took a dig at the ₹52 Lakhs prize pool. Vishal ‘vishalkumar1270’ Kumar championed the tourney to win the ATOC trophy and a career-best ₹10.60 Lakhs! He was part of a three-way FT deal with ‘PsychG0D’ (runner-up for ₹9.53 Lakhs) and Chandan ‘darkfish15’ Arora (3rd for ₹9.18 Lakhs).

Day 1E of the ₹2 Crore GTD ATOC Main Event took flight at 7.30 PM on Friday and roped in 158 runners. By the end of the stipulated 29 levels of play, only 19 players were left standing. PokerGuru Ambassador Arjanveer Singh ‘arjan30’ Chadha (259,175) carried forward the most-massive stack of the day, with Rishabh ‘rishabh002’ Gupta (217,299) and Goonjan ‘gmtesting’ Mall (184,161) rounding out the top three of the day.
Binit ‘Punter27’ Saraf (155,259), PokerGuru Ambassadors Devvrat ‘glitch_d’ Arya (145,250) and Laksh Pal ‘BoomTilt23’ Singh (128,831), and Sumit ‘Hammer_Head’ Sapra (107,669) were the other heavy hitters on the top 10 chip counts list.
The Main Event had filled in 781 entries so far. The site has added an extra ninth starting flight to the schedule– so there are now four more flights left to play out, with Day 1F and Day 1G scheduled to start at 7 PM and 10.30 PM, respectively, today.

The play culminated at 4.55 AM, with Vishal ‘vishalkumar1270’ Kumar walking away with the ATOC trophy and a personal-best ₹10.60 Lakhs, following a three-way deal with ‘PsychG0D’ (runner-up for ₹9.53 Lakhs) and Chandan ‘darkfish15’ Arora (3rd for ₹9.18 Lakhs).
This is the second flagship title for Kumar this year. On January 24, he had captured the Adda52 Millions for ₹6.82 Lakhs. On February 14, Kumar came close to winning the Adda52 Million again, eventually pocketing a runner-up finish worth ₹4.06 Lakhs. After last night`s seven-figure haul, Kumar’s MTT scorecard now stands at ₹56.79 Lakhs.
