The first Sunday of March delivered a knockout punch. While India pulled off a nail-biting comeback against New Zealand in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy, the online poker world was busy creating some serious fireworks of its own as PokerBaazi’s National Poker Series India 2025 stormed into Week 2. Day 8 witnessed a massive influx of 9,150 entries, distributing a whopping ₹4.21 Crores in prize money—a sweet 9% bump over the promised ₹3.85 Crores. In a mere eight days, the series has already dished out a mind-blowing ₹27.16 Crores across 55 tournaments. There are still three weeks of action left. The final numbers are going to go to the moon!
Sunday felt like a reunion as familiar faces and seasoned pros snatched some of the day’s biggest prizes, ending long title droughts. The leaderboard saw a serious shakeup, with challengers rising through the ranks. Maharashtra shattered Delhi’s dominance in the state-wide competition, adding fuel to an already blazing fire.
The Sunday schedule featured two colossal eight-figure guaranteed NPS flagship events. And Devansh Shah dominated the night’s main attraction, the NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO), achieving a career-defining breakthrough. He grabbed his first-ever PokerBaazi title, the gleaming NPS Gold Medal, and a staggering ₹15.74 Lakhs (₹1.82 Lakhs in bounties) – more than 24 times his previous best. Another score in the NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff brought his total to over ₹15.87 Lakhs, making him the day’s top earner at the NPS. Arman Khan earned a runner-up finish, collecting his first NPS Silver Medal and a career-high ₹10.71 Lakhs (₹99,107 in bounties). With other deep runs, his Sunday earnings totalled ₹10.93 Lakhs, landing him at #3 on the Chandigarh State Leaderboard.
Rahul Kumar became another Sunday legend. The well-known poker streamer snagged his first NPS Gold Medal in the other eight-figure event, the NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff, banking a personal-best ₹9.34 Lakhs after a heads-up deal. This win catapulted him to #3 on the Bihar State Leaderboard. Ashit Sharma, a former NPS Gold winner, almost snagged a second title but still walked away with ₹9.47 Lakhs and his first Silver. His Sunday run included cashes in six events, totalling ₹10.98 Lakhs. That got him to #5 in PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY race and a top 10 spot on the Delhi Leaderboard.
Madhav Sethi returned in a big way, winning his first NPS Gold Medal in the NPS#53 Sunday Smash for ₹5.82 Lakhs. This was his first outright victory in over two years and he is now one of only 15 players with more than one medal this series (he earned a Bronze in NPS#2 Slamdunk last Sunday). His Sunday winnings totalled almost ₹6.26 Lakhs, placing him at #2 on the Delhi Leaderboard. Pranav Bagai, CEO of the Poker Sports League, nearly ended his own two-year title drought. He finished second in the Sunday Smash, earning his first-ever NPS medal (Silver) and ₹4 Lakhs. Deep runs in two other NPS events brought his total winnings over ₹4.41 Lakhs.
Harsh Dembla also joined the comeback crew, grabbing his first NPS Gold Medal in the NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT, earning ₹5.73 Lakhs through a three-way deal, and notching his first win of 2025. His performance also pushed him to #2 on the Haryana State Leaderboard, with total Sunday earnings of ₹6.35 Lakhs. Ankush Narang just missed the title but grabbed a Silver and a career-best ₹4.94 Lakhs from the deal, becoming Punjab’s first Silver Medalist in this series and taking the #1 spot on the State Leaderboard. Former The MoneyMaker champion Dinesh Singh finished third, earning ₹4.73 Lakhs and his first Bronze Medal of the series. With additional deep runs, he collected over ₹5.65 Lakhs, climbing to #12 on the NPS Series Leaderboard.
Haryana’s Himanshu Aggarwal (Won NPS#51 Deepdive for ₹3.68 Lakhs) and Maharashtra’s Tarush Gupta (Won NPS#52 (PLO-6) for ₹3.51 Lakhs) rounded out the Day 8 Gold Medalists at NPS India 2025!
The National Poker Champion (India) Leaderboard is tight. Vikhyat Ahlawat (2 Gold Medals) maintains the lead with 20 points, but the pressure is on. Advait Rajguru (2 Gold Medals) is right behind at #2, also with 20 points, after winning his second Gold on Saturday. PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli (1 Gold & 2 Silver Medals) remains at #3, tied at 20 points. Mohit Bohra (1 Gold & 2 Silver Medals) holds the #4 spot, also with 20 points.
In an interesting twist, Maharashtra has overtaken the previously dominant Delhi, claiming the top spot in the state-wide leaderboard with 10 Gold, 8 Silver, and 10 Bronze medals. Delhi is still a major contender at #2 with 8 Gold, 11 Silver, and 9 Bronze medals, while Uttar Pradesh is holding strong at #3 with 8 Gold, 7 Silver, and 6 Bronze medals.
On the NPS Series Leaderboard, Vinay Rajpal is still in the lead with 12,340 points from 49 cashes. But Bhanu Prakash KC is presenting a tough challenge, now a close #2 with 12,270 points from 45 cashes. Vishal Tulsyan has entered the top three with 11,620 points from 39 cashes, creating more intensity at the top.
While NPS India 2025 was the main focus on Sunday, the biggest winner of the day came from Natural8 India. Ankit Bajaj scored an unbelievable payday, pocketing an eye-watering ₹1.02 Crores – ₹1 Crore of which came from a mystery bounty – after finishing 461st in the Mystery Bounty Kick-Off – 108.
Angad Kaura stole the show on Adda52, delivering a strong performance in the Big Whale, taking home the title and ₹8.51 Lakhs—his second-biggest career score. He remarkably entered the tournament through a ₹600 satellite, turning a small buy-in into a scorching 1,419X return. Tanay Kauntia, a rising star, came close to his second Big Whale title but finished as runner-up with ₹6.18 Lakhs—his best score of 2025. With other deep runs, he ended the night with ₹6.34 Lakhs in total winnings.
Besides the NPS, several other winners made the headlines on Sunday across other major platforms, including Ramakrishna Sagi (Won Adda52 Millions for ₹4.89 Lakhs), ‘TheGrindGuru’ (Won Adda52’s Sunday Head Hunter for ₹4.17 Lakhs and Holdem Bash for ₹46,664), ‘risKyy’ (Won Pocket52’s Pocket Kings for ₹2.21 Lakhs), Sai Ganesh Reddy (Won Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹1.83 Lakhs) and Aditya Navalkar (Won Spartan Poker’s Spotlight for ₹44,400).

The National Poker Series India 2025, with its colossal ₹100 Crores GTD, is the biggest tournament series ever held in the country, and the first week didn’t just meet expectations – it obliterated them. Day 8, the second Sunday of this epic series, was an explosion of poker action. Six tournaments were on tap, along with Qualifier 3 of the NPS Mega Rush, with a combined ₹3.85 Crores GTD. A monstrous 9,150 entries blew the prize pool up to ₹4.21 Crores, a neat 9% bump. Not even the high-profile India vs. New Zealand 2025 ICC Champions Trophy clash could keep these poker fanatics away.
The series has already dished out an eye-watering ₹27.16 Crores across 55 tournaments in a mere eight days. Just imagine where that number will land by the end of this month-long poker extravaganza.
But the crown jewel of Sunday was undoubtedly the ₹1.20 Crore GTD NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO). The sixth of 21 tournaments promising at least eight figures in prize money, this 7 PM spectacle delivered one of the most gripping showdowns of the series so far!
At the heart of this storm was Devansh ‘Dev3088’ Shah, a sporadic PokerBaazi regular since October 2017 (with just 32 tournaments played). But last night was destiny. In a stacked field of 1,231 entries (652 unique), Shah, using three bullets, fought his way through nearly ten hours of fierce, knockout-focused action in this 7 PM NPS Sunday showstopper. He clinched his first-ever PokerBaazi title, the prestigious NPS Gold Medal, and a life-changing ₹15.74 Lakhs (₹1.82 Lakhs in bounties) – outstripping his previous best score by over 24 times. This victory also launched him to #9 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard, making him the 10th Gold Medalist from the state.
A score in the NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff added to Shah’s Sunday total, bringing it to a jaw-dropping ₹15.87+ Lakhs, cementing his status as the day’s biggest winner at the NPS.

But Shah wasn’t alone in the spotlight. Arman ‘Qbranch’ Khan (opted out of our tracking), known for taking down the 2022 APT Online India Sunday Major trophy, made a powerful entrance at the NPS India 2025. He powered his way to a runner-up finish in the NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO), pocketing a career-high ₹10.71 lakhs (₹99,107 in bounties) and his first-ever Silver Medal. With deep runs in two other NPS events, Khan’s Sunday performance resulted in a spectacular haul of almost ₹10.93 Lakhs, catapulting him to #3 on the Chandigarh State Leaderboard. He had the third-biggest payday at the NPS for the day, trailing only the Big Knockout champion and last night’s NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff Silver Medalist, Ashit Sharma.

Then there’s Raman ‘Zen’ Dixit (opted out of our tracking). He was on the cusp of something huge. After almost a decade on PokerBaazi, that elusive maiden victory was so close. He locked down third place in the NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO), along with his first-ever NPS Bronze Medal and a personal-best ₹8.61 Lakhs (₹1.16 Lakhs in bounties).
Two additional NPS scores pushed Dixit’s Sunday earnings to a little over ₹8.78 Lakhs —a massive boost to his tournament career! He also entered the Karnataka State Leaderboard standings at #10.

The NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO) final table was a dynamic mix of experienced pros and up-and-coming talent, including Mithun ‘Thepokeraja’ Mahesh (4th for ₹5.69 Lakhs), Anish Fishlover001 Vijayvergia (5th for ₹4.30 Lakhs), Nixon ‘nixxyralte’ Vanlalruata (6th for ₹3.14 Lakhs), Hemanshu ‘papakancha00’ Tomar (7th for ₹2.70 Lakhs), and WSOP bracelet winner Kartik ‘TheInternetKid’ Ved (8th for ₹2.12 Lakhs).
Other notables who found themselves deep in the action included Sahil ‘instinct’ Luthra (10th for ₹1.61 Lakhs), Saturday’s NPS#48 Megadive finalist Shubham ‘backchod’ Agarwal (11th for ₹1.80 Lakhs), last month’s The Endeavour champion Kanishk ‘gooner1317’ Upreti (13th for ₹1.33 Lakhs), the two-time Gold Medallist this series and Karnataka State Leaderboard #1 Advait ‘ExploitativeGTO’ Rajguru (15th for ₹1.33 Lakhs), and the ever-dangerous Siddhant ‘aajnahiaana’ Singh (17th for ₹1.31 Lakhs).
The NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO), with its ₹11,500 buy-in, attracted a throng of top-tier players and ambitious challengers. Although it didn’t quite meet its ₹1.20 Crores guarantee, falling short by a significant ₹16.60 Lakhs, it still paid out the top 201 finishers. Even a min-cash was worth a sweet ₹19,200, not to mention the ₹19.70 Lakhs bounty pool, making every elimination a rewarding achievement. Day 8 of NPS India 2025 was a day of high-octane poker, and it’s only a taste of what’s to come. More explosions are guaranteed!

PokerBaazi’s NPS India 2025 is still the talk of the town, and the second Sunday of this ₹100 Crores GTD poker bonanza was one for the books. Day 8 featured six high-voltage events (including two eight-figure guaranteed showstoppers) alongside Qualifier 3 of the ₹3 Crores GTD NPS Mega Rush. A mind-blowing ₹3.85 Crores in guaranteed prizes hung in the balance and six champions were crowned. Even with the India vs. New Zealand 2025 ICC Champions Trophy clash pulling in cricket fans, poker diehards weren’t swayed—they stormed the virtual felts, creating a spectacle of high-stakes action.
The first major event to conclude was the ₹1 Crore GTD NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff. Kicking off the Sunday madness at 2:30 PM, the Sunday Kickoff was a beast of a tournament. It drew in a massive 1,055 players, and with re-entries, the field swelled to a breathtaking 1,942 entries. This was no quick skirmish; it was a gruelling, nearly 12-hour test of skill, stamina, and sheer will (11 hours and 51 minutes, to be precise). Emerging from this crucible, having outlasted and outplayed an army of poker titans, was the popular poker streamer Rahul ‘rahulskul’ Kumar. He didn’t just win; he captured his first-ever NPS Gold Medal and a stunning ₹9.34 Lakhs after a heads-up deal. What a way to announce your arrival on the big stage!
This win was a career breakthrough for Kumar. It was his maiden title of 2025, completely demolished his previous career-best score, and sent his bankroll – and his spirits – into orbit, simultaneously shooting him up to #3 on the Bihar State Leaderboard. It’s a bit of a missed opportunity that he only mentioned the final table appearance in a very short clip on his YouTube channel instead of giving his fans a front-row seat to his incredible, epic run to victory!
Rahul Kumar’s online stats (PokerBaazi, PokerStars India and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹18.60 Lakhs | Lifetime Profits: ₹6.87 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #3 on the Bihar State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹10.78 Lakhs
Breathing down Kumar’s neck, almost tasting victory himself, was Ashit ‘nexus010’ Sharma, who previously snagged Gold in the 2023 NPS#19 Relay. He was this close to a second Gold but ultimately took home the Silver in the Sunday Kickoff. The Delhi pro fired two bullets, battling his way to the heads-up match. He even had the upper hand when the deal was made, grabbing a bigger slice of the pie at ₹9.47 Lakhs, his first-ever NPS Silver Medal (and second NPS medal overall). This was his year’s best and the second-largest score of his career.
But Sharma wasn’t content with just one deep run. He unleashed a full-blown poker blitzkrieg, notching six deep runs, five within the NPS itself (cashing in every single NPS flagship except one). His total winnings for the day soared to a jaw-dropping ₹10.98 Lakhs, making him one of the Sunday standouts.
Sharma’s incredible Sunday performance didn’t just fill his pockets; it sent tremors through the leaderboards. He vaulted to #5 in PokerBaazi’s fiercely competitive 2025 Player of the Year standings and smashed his way into the top 10 of the Delhi State Leaderboard, providing significant ammunition to Delhi’s quest for national dominance.

Suyash ‘tyso2506’ Sanghavi, who crushed the #29 The MoneyMaker last April, claimed third place in the Sunday Kickoff, adding another Bronze to Maharashtra’s tally (and his first NPS medal). He pocketed a hefty ₹5.65 Lakhs, his best score this year and the second-largest of his career, only trailing his The MoneyMaker triumph.
And Sanghavi`s Sunday wasn’t a one-hit wonder. He also cashed in the NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT (32nd for ₹30,220) and NPS#52 (PLO-6) (56th for ₹12,664), bringing his total take-home for Sunday to nearly ₹6.08 Lakhs.

The NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff final table was a murderer’s row of poker talent. Saurav ‘eternalgambler’ Gupta, already an NPS#18 Marathon Bronze Medalist, finished fourth, adding ₹4.17 Lakhs to his bankroll. Neel ‘blackace9’ Haria, a finalist from December’s WPT#61 Mega Championship, took sixth, grabbing ₹2.01 Lakhs. Satellite qualifier Pranay ‘setmeup’ Chawla finished seventh, with ₹1.65 Lakhs, and Kunal ‘lncognito’ Bhatia rounded out the final eight, banking ₹1.33 Lakhs.

The NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff got the action heated and primed up for an extraordinary Sunday, coming incredibly close to hitting its eight-figure guarantee, missing it by a mere ₹2.90 Lakhs. This made it an even sweeter deal for the top 295 finishers, each of whom pocketed at least ₹10,000, 1.7 times the ₹5,750 buy-in. The high-stakes action and dramatic victories of Day 8 are just a taste of what’s to come in this legendary series.

The PokerBaazi tables were buzzing, the cards held untold stories, and the atmosphere was thick with anticipation this weekend. The NPS India 2025 is in full swing, and the drama is already pouring out. Six more champions ascended to glory on Sunday, but one tale rose above the rest – the astonishing comeback of Madhav ‘maddy777’ Sethi. He’d been a ghost for two long years; his last major win in Spartan Poker’s IOPC #85 Beast (6 Max) in 2023 – a distant memory. But Sethi was ready to make a statement, a thunderous declaration of his return to the poker spotlight.
Sethi has been a persistent force, a quiet storm brewing at the NPS India 2025. A dozen cashes were already lining his pockets, including a near-miss fifth-place finish in the NPS#28 (7-Max) SPRINT just last Wednesday and a Bronze Medal he grabbed in the NPS#2 Slamdunk on the series’ grand opening. He was creating ripples, but it was all building into a tidal wave.
Sethi had his sights set on Gold. And he hunted it down. In PokerBaazi’s ₹50 Lakhs GTD NPS#53 Sunday Smash, Sethi waded into a massive field of 1,724 entrants (858 unique). This 6 PM flagship event was a long and intense battle. After a gruelling nine-and-a-half-hour poker odyssey, he emerged as the champion, seizing his first-ever NPS Gold Medal. This wasn’t simply his biggest score of 2025; it represented the second-largest prize of his career, a well-deserved ₹5.82 Lakhs after he put in seven bullets. He also now holds the distinction of being one of only 15 players to snag multiple medals in this epic series.
But the Gold Medal triumph was merely the crowning jewel of Sethi’s phenomenal Sunday. He padded his winnings with strong finishes in the NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO) (82nd for ₹36,800) and NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT (230th for ₹7,253). When the dust settled, and the chips were counted, Sethi had accumulated almost ₹6.26 Lakhs! Delhi might be dominating the overall medal count, but Sethi’s performance has rocketed him to a glorious #2 on the Delhi State Leaderboard.
Madhav Sethi’s online stats (PokerBaazi, Adda52 and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹1.46 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹51.77 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #2 on the Delhi State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold & 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹13.42 Lakhs
Then there’s the story of Pranav ‘Salmon123’ Bagai, a poker veteran better known these days for his off-table leadership as the Founder and CEO of the Poker Sports League (which, in a fascinating twist, has now teamed up with PokerBaazi for the eagerly awaited Season 7). Bagai, a seasoned campaigner with undeniable skills, had also been searching for a major title win for the last two years. He came within a hair’s breadth of that elusive victory in the NPS#53 Sunday Smash. The Gold slipped through his fingers, but Bagai picked up his first-ever NPS medal – a gleaming Silver, adding more fuel to Delhi’s fiery performance. His persistence, with two entries, yielded a rewarding ₹4 Lakhs payday – while it might not be anywhere near his biggest ever, it’s definitely his third-largest on PokerBaazi.
Bagai’s relentless spirit saw him compete in the bigger flagship events and even make a splash in the PLO fixture. Deep runs in two additional NPS events boosted his total Sunday winnings to over ₹4.41 Lakhs, putting a serious dent in his past losses.
> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s NPS#53 Sunday Smash for ₹4,00,313
> 17th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#52 (PLO-6) for ₹27,978
> 214th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff for ₹13,000
Pranav Bagai’s NPS stats: Moves to #18 on the Delhi State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Silver | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹8.63 Lakhs
And we can’t overlook the meteoric rise of ‘wastefulGutshot,‘ a relatively unknown player who burst onto the poker stage in February 2023. This mysterious contender fired two entries in the NPS#53 Sunday Smash and expertly navigated the enormous field to an outstanding third-place finish. It was a breakthrough – their first NPS medal, a Bronze, and a career-defining, site-best payday of ₹2.97 Lakhs, a figure that nearly sextupled their previous best score.
But ‘wastefulGutshot’ was far from finished. Three more impressive deep runs in other NPS events pushed their total Sunday haul to close to ₹3.70 Lakhs. This explosive performance didn’t just represent a personal milestone; it helped offset over half their previous losses and catapulted them to a prominent #6 on the Gujarat State Leaderboard.
> 3rd in PokerBaazi’s NPS#53 Sunday Smash for ₹2,97,390
> 25th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹39,286
> 99th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff for ₹23,000
> 96th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#51 Deepdive for ₹10,000
wastefulGutshot’s NPS stats: Moves to #6 on the Gujarat State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹4.74 Lakhs
The NPS#53 Sunday Smash final table also saw other known Bazigaars finding the spotlight, including Minkle Singh ‘BANBEER’ Parihar (4th for a site-best ₹2.22 Lakhs) and the formidable former three-time NPS Gold Medallist Imran ‘Kamran777’ Anwar (5th for ₹1.56 Lakhs).
The NPS#53 Sunday Smash was another resounding success for the NPS India 2025, obliterating its advertised guarantee and generating a staggering ₹51.72 Lakhs prize pool. With a plentiful 270 players reaching the money, each taking home at least ₹5,172, it was a Sunday that will be long remembered. And the most electrifying part is the story is still being written.

The NPS India 2025 keeps raising the bar, and Sunday night delivered another chapter of high-stakes drama! Six tournaments blazed across the virtual felt on Day 8 (along with Qualifier 3 of the NPS Mega Rush), creating a whirlwind of action. Front and centre was the ₹50 Lakhs GTD NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT – a gladiatorial arena where the nation’s top tournament grinders came to throw down.
And standing tall amidst the digital carnage was seasoned pro Harsh ‘100crdream’ Dembla (opted out of our tracking). At long last, the stars aligned. He seized his first title of 2025, and perhaps more importantly, he finally laid his hands on that long-sought-after, first-ever NPS Gold Medal in this 8:30 PM Sunday spectacle!
Dembla’s poker resume is a tapestry woven with battles fought and won across the online felt and in the live arena. He’s even crossed borders, competing at Poker Dream 15 Malaysia in January. But that NPS Gold… it had remained just out of reach, a missing piece in an otherwise brilliant poker puzzle. But fortune favoured the bold last night.
After enduring a 7-hour-41-minute showdown, facing off against a staggering 1,511 entries (762 unique), Dembla masterfully negotiated a three-way deal, ensuring he walked away with the lion’s share: a massive ₹5.73 Lakhs. This wasn’t merely a victory; it was his most significant score of the year, and that glorious NPS Gold (complementing his previous NPS Silver) was finally firmly in his grasp. This win has elevated him to #2 on the Haryana State Leaderboard, making him the fifth player to bring home a Gold Medal for the state.
But Dembla wasn’t done yet. Like a shark smelling blood in the water, he went on to rack up three more NPS scores, boosting his Sunday earnings to nearly ₹6.35 Lakhs – a performance that could only be described as pure domination!
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹5,73,353* (three-way deal)
> 64th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO) for ₹31,200
> 30th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#53 Sunday Smash for ₹23,791
> 113th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#51 Deepdive for ₹6,400
Harsh Dembla’s NPS stats: Moves to #2 on the Haryana State Leaderboard| NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold & 1 Silver | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹22.54 Lakhs
Ankush ‘ank4u’ Narang, who previously tasted victory in the (7-Max) Afternoon Boost in January, came incredibly close to adding a second title to his 2025 haul and, even more, in an NPS flagship. He put on a spectacular display of skill in the NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT, finishing in a well-deserved second place. This stellar performance earned him his first NPS medal (a shiny Silver) and a personal-best ₹4.95 Lakhs, thanks to the same advantageous three-way deal.
Narang etched his name in NPS history. He became the first player to win a Silver for Punjab (this series) and the second medalist overall from the state, simultaneously claiming the #1 position on the State Leaderboard.
Ankush Narang’s online stats (PokerBaazi, Adda52 and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹96.62 Lakhs | Lifetime Profits: ₹12.44 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #1 on the Punjab State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹9.39 Lakhs
Dinesh ‘Daddu26’ Singh (opted out of our tracking), a past The MoneyMaker champion who won The Quest Lite on February 21, has been on a single-minded mission to capture an NPS Gold since the series’ inception. He came within a whisker of achieving that goal, scoring a hard-fought third place in the NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT. This strong finish gave him his first Bronze Medal of the series (his third Bronze overall and fifth medal total), adding ₹4.73 Lakhs to his bankroll, again a result of the clever three-way agreement. This result improved his position, moving him to #14 on the Uttar Pradesh State Leaderboard.
Singh also added three more cashes to his Sunday haul, boosting his total Sunday take to just over ₹5.65 Lakhs. His impressive run, with a staggering 40 cashes, also rocketed him to #12 on the overall NPS Series Leaderboard, boasting 9,740 points!

The ₹4,600 buy-in NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT was a blockbuster Sunday hit for the NPS India 2025. The prize pool exploded to a gargantuan ₹60.44 Lakhs, completely smashing the advertised guarantee by a whopping 20%+. The top 248 players shared in this massive prize pool, with even a min-cash worth a solid ₹7,253. However, this is merely a taste of the excitement still to unfold, and it’s almost certain that even more records will be shattered before this epic series reaches its grand finale!

Sunday night at the NPS India 2025 saw another epic resurgence! Himanshu ‘Venomaster’ Aggarwal, a recreational player known for his occasional bursts of brilliance but recently stuck in a frustrating slump, flipped the script on Day 8. He obliterated a 16-month title-less streak in spectacular style – his last taste of victory traced back to the 1000X#2 in September 2023. This 2022 NPS#68 Megastack Bronze Medal winner finally seized his first-ever NPS Gold Medal, dominating #PokerBaazi’s ₹40 Lakhs GTD NPS#51 Deepdive and pocketing a career-best ₹3.68 Lakhs after a savvy heads-up deal, proclaiming his return to the winner’s circle with a resounding roar and making decent recovery on past losses!
The NPS#51 Deepdive was a gruelling 8-hour and 42-minute endurance test, but Aggarwal proved more than ready. He outlasted, outsmarted, and outplayed a massive field of 1,564 entrants (857 unique), conquering the 4 PM flagship. He grabbed his second piece of NPS hardware and jumped to #4 on the Haryana State Leaderboard.
Himanshu Aggarwal`s online stats (PokerBaazi, Adda52 and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹69.02 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #4 on the Haryana State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold & 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹5.10 Lakhs
But the Deepdive wasn’t a one-man show. PokerBaazi loyalist Parteek ‘ptk007’ Maheshwari, desperately seeking his first NPS Gold, came incredibly close. Commanding the chip lead when a deal was proposed, Maheshwari played his cards right, negotiating for the bigger prize and locking in a hefty ₹4.07 Laks. Although he narrowly missed the Gold in the final heads-up clash, he still proudly took home the Silver (his first NPS medal) after putting in three bullets – a score that also represents a new personal high (also offsetting some of his past losses).
Parteek Maheshwari’s PokerBaazi stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹1.54 Crores | Moves to #11 on the UP State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Silver | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹12.52 Lakhs
Siddhant ‘aajnahiaana’ Singh, celebrated as one of the millionaires from last June’s Baazi Millions and a former NPS Gold Medalist, is rapidly becoming a young poker phenomenon! He added another accolade to his growing collection, grabbing his first-ever NPS Bronze Medal (his second NPS medal overall) in the Deepdive. This finish fattened his wallet by ₹2.44 Lakhs. With an incredible seven deep runs for the session – making the money in all but one NPS flagship on Sunday – his total spoils soared to a delicious total exceeding ₹4.27 Lakhs.

The ₹2,875 buy-in NPS#51 Deepdive was pure poker pandemonium. Although there was a slight overlay of ₹90,000, it still delivered plenty of fireworks. The ₹40 Lakhs prize pool was distributed among the top 260 finishers, with min-cashes beginning at ₹4,400. This is a clear indication of the NPS’s continued growth and appeal!

PokerBaazi’s NPS India 2025 is a non-stop spectacle, and this Sunday, Tarush ‘Busterr’ Gupta etched his name into the series’ history books, grabbing the Gold Medal in the ₹25 Lakhs GTD NPS#52 (PLO-6).
Gupta, already riding a tidal wave of success on PokerBaazi this year with wins in The Quest, The Summit (make that two Summits!), back-to-back near misses in the BIG PLO-5 and then a (PLO-6) Daily win, has shown he can crush both PLO and Hold’em. He was clearly gunning for that second NPS Gold. Despite a few close calls, including fifth-place finishes in both NPS#8 (4-Max) Hyper SPRINT and NPS#20 (PLO-5), and a Silver Medal in the NPS#11 Knockout (PKO) just last week, Gupta was overdue for the win.
And he finally got his due last night! He entered the 5 PM PLO-6 showdown with laser focus and needed only two bullets to get to the finish line (a stark contrast to his firing spree in some of the other PLO flagships recently)! A battle-tested field of 416 opponents – 1,178 total entries – presented a challenge. The unpredictable, high-action PLO battle raged for almost 9.5 hours, but when the dust settled, Gupta stood alone, the champion, his second NPS Gold and fifth medal, now a prized possession. This win wasn’t just for show; it included a massive ₹3.51 Lakhs cash prize—his third-biggest NPS score and fifth-largest on the platform this year.
The Pune-based poker prodigy continued his onslaught, racking up scores in three additional NPS flagships, boosting his total Sunday haul to a sweet sum of over ₹4.20 Lakhs. This exceptional performance catapults him to #6 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard, elevates him to #2 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard, and places him firmly at #14 on the NPS Series Leaderboard.

Standing in Gupta’s way in the NPS#52 (PLO-6) was the accomplished online pro, Mohit ‘thejoker’ Mehta. Since claiming victory in the WPT#45 (7-Max) Turbo last December, Mehta has been on a relentless hunt for another major title. His determination remained unyielding despite numerous close calls, including a fourth-place finish in NPS#20 (PLO-5) last Tuesday. In a thrilling final table showdown, Mehta played his heart out but finished runner-up in NPS#52 (PLO-6), but he added a nice ₹2.42 Lakhs to the bankroll—his first NPS Silver Medal (his third medal overall).
A true workhorse, Mehta’s dedication also saw him score in three other tournaments on Sunday, inflating his total winnings for the day to a sum close to ₹3.41 Lakhs. This strong run also elevates him to #6 on the Haryana State Leaderboard.

Divya ‘Dr19sidhu’ Raushan, a former two-time NPS Gold Medalist, made waves again in the NPS#52 (PLO-6), raking in a handsome ₹1.84 Lakhs for third place. This payout is his second-biggest on the platform and came with the Bronze Medal. His strong play also elevates him to #7 on the Bihar State Leaderboard.

The rest of the NPS#52 (PLO-6) final table featured strong performances from online regulars such as Saurabh ‘Twister’ Rohila (4th for ₹1.38 Lakhs), last week`s NPS#25 (PLO-4) Bronze Medallist Mayank ‘alwaystiltAA’ Jaggi (5th for ₹98,952), and Thursday`s NPS#30 Slamdunk Gold Medallist Ganesh ‘Ganesh24’ Durgade (6th for ₹73,036).
NPS#52 (PLO-6) injected even more adrenaline into the Sunday action at NPS India 2025, smashing its guarantee and creating a rich ₹29.45 Lakhs prize pool. With the top 194 players sharing in the wealth, even the minimum cash was a solid ₹5,007, keeping the poker excitement at a fever pitch in this incredible series.

Sunday night on Adda52 wasn’t just another poker night; it was the Angad ‘check that’ Kaura show! This player isn’t just a participant; he’s a dominant force, crushing it both in the live scene and on the virtual felt. Fueled by the adrenaline of a recent victory at the DPT Xpress DPT Rush last month, Kaura charged into March with the intensity of a poker hurricane.
He strategically dismantled, outplayed, and completely dominated the field in Adda52’s headlining event of the night, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD Big Whale, settling the score after a fifth-place finish here just two weeks earlier. Don’t be fooled, though; this wasn’t an easy victory. The Big Whale is a multi-flight behemoth, drawing 897 entries (497 unique) across its five starting flights. Only 108 players managed to survive the initial chaos to reach Day 2.
Kaura, exuding the confidence of a seasoned champion and the raw aggression of a rising star, took firm control of the final table. Following a tense, edge-of-your-seat heads-up battle, he sealed the victory, seizing the title and a mind-blowing ₹8.52 Lakhs (his second-biggest career score) and ascending to the throne as the new Big Whale champion!
The most mind-blowing part is Kaura punched into the Big Whale through a mere ₹600 satellite! That’s an insane 1,419X ROI. He turned pocket change into a fortune, proving that poker is a game where skill, combined with a dash of good fortune, can lead to life-changing wins.
Angad Kaura’s Adda52 stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹68.69 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹25.73 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #2
While Kaura celebrated his triumph, Tanay ‘rujula16’ Kauntia was right behind him. This young prodigy, who first gained prominence as the top scorer in the Pocket52 PSL Season 6 last year, playing for the Bengaluru Allstars, and who recently tasted victory in Junglee Poker’s Lakhpati Legends Main Event just a few weeks ago, was also on the brink of his second major title of 2025. He ultimately took the runner-up honours in the Big Whale (coming heartbreakingly close to his second Big Whale crown) but still bolstered his account with a striking ₹6.19 Lakhs – his largest cash of the year to date!
Adding to his Sunday success, Kauntia made deep runs in two more events, closing his session with over ₹6.34 Lakhs added to his bankroll.
> 2nd in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹6,18,606
> 115th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#55 (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹10,275
> 50th in Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹5,392
The Big Whale final table was a shark tank filled with some of India’s top poker talents, including the GTO wizard and last week’s NPS#18 Marathon Gold Medalist Vishal ‘GigaaBet’ Bajaj (3rd for ₹4.50 Lakhs), Aritra ‘flushnace’ Sengupta (4th for ₹3.27 Lakhs), last month`s MMA Main Event winner Ram ‘mowgumotu’ Kakkar (5th for ₹2.38 Lakhs), recent DPT XPress Main Event victor Samyak ‘stonedurr’ Sethi (6th for ₹1.73 Lakhs), Young Gun Arsh ‘bigggtymer’ Grover (7th for ₹1.26 Lakhs), and Akshay ‘akdolos’ Joshi (8th for ₹92,175).
With the NPS India 2025 dominating the headlines, overlays have become a common theme across major poker sites. With its ₹5,750 buy-in, the Big Whale also experienced a significant shortfall, missing its ₹50 Lakhs guarantee by a glaring ₹5.15 Lakhs. This translated into incredible value for the top 108 players who made the money, with the minimum cash being a generous ₹15,668 – nearly triple the buy-in! It was a profitable Sunday indeed for many on India’s longest-running online poker platform.

The poker scene was buzzing this weekend, with PokerBaazi’s NPS India 2025 stealing a lot of thunder, but Adda52 fired back with its own Sunday spectacular. Sure, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD Big Whale was the main attraction, but the ₹25 Lakhs GTD Adda52 Millions was cooking up its own brand of excitement, a flavorful complement to the weekend’s main course. And the chef of the night was Ramakrishna ‘KAdiamonds’ Sagi, who sliced and diced his way through the competition, grabbing the title and a career-best ₹4.89 Lakhs—a win that more than quadrupled his previous personal best.
This 9 PM Sunday special is a classic on the Adda52 menu, and this time around, 225 entries (122 unique) joined the feast. Sagi, a long-time Adda52 grinder, had been riding a downward slope for nearly two years. But a shift started last September, and last night, he reached the peak, snatching his first-ever Adda52 Millions title and the sweetest payout of his career. And he wasn’t finished, sprinkling in a 38th-place finish in the Sunday Head Hunter for an additional ₹6,506. His total haul for the night was a juicy sum of over ₹4.95 Lakhs, devouring almost a third of his previous losses and positioning him for a major poker resurgence.
Ramakrishna Sagi’s Adda52 stats: Site Winnings: ₹33.03 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #2
Then there was Young Gun Ashwin ‘Ashwinvijay1399’ Vijayvergiya, a player who’s practically a walking highlight reel. Fresh from almost snagging The Ballers title (again!) just weeks ago and with a resume featuring epic wins like the inaugural Legend Series of Poker Main Event, the IPM#100 Grand Master, the Millionaire VI, and last year’s DPT Grand Championship (Goa), he was also eyeing his first Adda52 Millions crown.
He’d been close before, with two final table appearances in 2024. But the cards had a different destiny in mind, awarding him a hefty ₹3.62 Lakhs for second place – still his most impressive Adda52 result this year. If this was not enough, he cashed in two other flagship tournaments on Adda52, ending his night with a tasty total close to ₹3.90 Lakhs.
> 2nd in Adda52 Millions for ₹3,61,630
> 35th in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹20,569
> 18th in Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹7,435
Ashwin Vijayvergiya’s online stats (Adda52, PokerBaazi, PokerStars India and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹6.34 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹2.70 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #1
The Adda52 Millions final table was packed with aces like the recent NPS#1 Kickoff Silver Medalist Sahil ‘illuminati777’ Babbar, who finished fourth, taking home a slice worth ₹1.98 Lakhs. Pratik ‘manjer24’ Manjrekar, last month’s Pocket Magnets champion, added another chapter to his story, finishing fifth and boosting his bankroll by ₹1.46 Lakhs. And let’s not forget Manish ‘poketacesaa’ Gandhi, who locked down sixth place, adding a respectable ₹1.08 Lakhs to his growing pile.
With all eyes on PokerBaazi’s NPS India 2025, the other platforms felt a chill, with overlays becoming the unexpected special of the day. Even the ₹11,500 buy-in Adda52 Millions couldn’t quite hit its advertised guarantee, falling short by ₹2.50 Lakhs. But for the top 35 finishers, this was a welcome surprise. It meant extra value, with each player cashing for at least ₹23,943 – more than double the buy-in, making sure many had a good reason to celebrate their Sunday grind on India’s longest-running online poker platform.

Junglee Poker was practically vibrating with energy this Sunday. The ₹15 Lakhs GTD Sunday Special Knockout, despite a slightly reduced guarantee (a haircut from the usual ₹20 Lakhs), was an all-out battle royale. A strong 264 contenders dove headfirst into this bounty-fueled brawl. After over eight hours of white-knuckle action, the mysterious ‘gutshot‘ came out on top in this 7:30 PM Sunday mainstay, taking home a striking ₹2.46 Lakhs, including a massive ₹1.28 Lakhs in bounties!
But the Sunday Special Knockout spotlight wasn’t solely on ‘gutshot’. Jaipur’s online poker phenomenon, Lavesh ‘magicodds98’ Meena, was right in the thick of it. This player seems to be on a perpetual heater. He rang in the new year with a resounding victory in Spartan Poker’s Ignite and swiftly added the Supreme title to his collection in the same month. The drive for a fourth major title was clear as day on Sunday. Coming in hot, Meena, already a three-time Sunday Special Knockout champion (his last victory on February 16) and a three-time Thursday Mini Highroller king, was dangerously close to another kill. He unleashed a furious assault, giving ‘gutshot’ a serious challenge, but had to contend with a second-place finish, a result that still injected a substantial ₹1.59 Lakhs into his already bulging poker account, with ₹43,654 of that coming from those precious bounties.
But that’s not all, not nearly. Meena’s Sunday session was a blazing success. He raked in a grand total of ₹1.85 Lakhs, accumulated across three more deep runs, keeping his insane streak going.
> 2nd in Junglee Poker’s Sunday Special Knockout for ₹1,58,536* (₹43,654 in bounties)
> 169th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#50 Sunday Kickoff for ₹17,000
> 152nd in PokerBaazi’s NPS#52 (PLO-6) for ₹5,007
> 200th in #PokerBaazi’s NPS#51 Deepdive for ₹4,400
Lavesh Meena’s online stats (excluding Junglee Poker, Natural8 India and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹4.39 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹1.28 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #3
The Sunday Special Knockout final table was teeming with recognizable talent. Aritra ‘PadfootProngs’ Hazra locked down fourth place, translating to a ₹1.07 Lakhs addition to their bankroll. Siddhant ‘AajNahiAana’ Singh, hot on the heels of a runner-up finish in the Friday Supernova, pocketed a tidy ₹81,451 in fifth place.
The overwhelming excitement surrounding NPS India 2024 has sent ripples across the entire online poker scene, and Junglee Poker has been no exception. The ₹5,750 buy-in Sunday Special Knockout, despite carrying a guarantee that was 20% lighter, still experienced a significant ₹1.80 Lakhs overlay, much like many other platforms feeling the NPS heat. That shortfall, however, translated into a seriously enhanced value proposition for the top 29 finishers. With those tempting bounties also in play, this tournament was exceptionally rewarding for all, specifically the frontrunners.
