The MTT rush is back with Spartan Poker`s (and partner sites BLITZPOKER & PokerHigh) biggest-ever The Millionaire Series now in full swing. Day 2 of the flagship series had three Millionaire-branded events on the schedule, making for an electrifying start to the week.
MPL Poker brand ambassador Dhaval Mudgal was the Monday trailblazer! The long-time poker pro became the fourth Millionaire to emerge at the ongoing series as he won the Millionaire Series #7 – Monday Millionaire for ₹11.56 Lakhs, posting his second-best career finish. The user ‘sariyaa’ finished runner-up for ₹7.12 Lakhs.
Sanket Arora (Won The Millionaire Series #6 for ₹1.55 Lakhs) and Anil Arora (Won The Millionaire Series #8 for ₹1.53 Lakhs) won the other Millionaire Series titles on Monday.
PokerGuru Ambassador Deepankur Gupta has been on a tear recently and picked up his first title of the year last night. Improving upon his runner-up finish in Millionaire Series #5 – Double Millionaire the day before, Gupta took down PokerBaazi’s The Big Show for ₹2.12 Lakhs, pulling into an early lead in the weekly leaderboard standings. He chopped the title heads-up with this week`s Sunday Special PKO winner Atishay Samuel (2nd for ₹2.03 Lakhs).
Tanmay Benara was the last player standing in Adda52`s Iron Man and won the title for ₹1.69 lakhs, ending a two-month-long title drought. He chopped the title heads-up with Sunil Arora (2nd for ₹1.66 Lakhs).
PokerBaazi reg Rajneesh Thakur came out on top in PokerBaazi`s SPRINT, netting ₹1.57 Lakhs, and Aditya Kulkarni championed the Daily SPRINT for ₹1.17 Lakhs.
Aditya Singh walked away with PokerStars India’s Battle Royale title and ₹1.20 Lakhs in prize money. Gopal Bajaj collected ₹42,381 in second place.
Pradip Ghosh, Clinton Tavares, Shivam Shukla, Mohak Kapoor, Yogesh Choudhary, Piyush Nanda, Swithin Francis, and Vikash Kumar won the other Monday marquees.
