Another busy Thursday went by, and for the second day in a row, tournament action at Adda52 took a back seat with the site canceling all its AOPS events on account of technical disruptions. Nonetheless, Day 1B of the ₹2 Crores GTD Game Changer 3.0 on PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker’s Thursday marquees kept the tournament junkies engaged. Spartan Poker
The signature Thursday event on Spartan Poker, the ₹20 Lakhs GTD Ultron, clocked in 645 entries who ponied up the ₹4,400 buy-in to collect ₹25.80 Lakhs in the prize pool. Locking horns in the final showdown were online reg Rishab ‘NoChac3’ Malik and the mystery crusher
‘Tiger10’. Malik eventually triumphed to bank the up top ₹4.99 Lakhs for his second-best recorded online score while the latter finished runner-up for ₹3.14 Lakhs.
The ₹6 Lakhs GTD Monster Stack found a champion in ‘UGOTBLUFF,’ who took away ₹1.60 Lakhs in cash prize following a heads-up deal with ‘Shahri69’ (runner-up for ₹1.42 Lakhs).
PokerBaazi
The weekend ahead promises to be a big one at PokerBaazi as the site will crown a champion in the ₹2 Crores GTD Game Changer 3.0. Day 1B of the flagship tourney registered 1,033 entries. By the end, only 98 runners advanced to Day 2. Bagging the most massive stack was ‘Maahi13’ (360,000) while Sankalp ‘Wobbegong’ Marwah (338,000) and Harshad ‘omglukbox’ Barve (310,000) rounded out the top three stacks of the day. Day 1C starts at 8 PM today, with the last starting flight scheduled for Saturday.

Traversing the reg-infested field to eventually clinch the title was Rishab ‘NoChanc3’ Malik. In April, Malik had finished fifth in PokerBaazi’s ₹5 Crores GTD End Boss for ₹19.35 Lakhs. While that remains his career-best online score as yet, he pocketed his second-best score, a hefty ₹4.99 Lakhs payday after defeating ‘Tiger10’ heads-up in the Ultron.
