Gone are the days when the massive guaranteed tourneys were only reserved for the weekends. With flagship stops like the IOPC on Spartan Poker, the APT Online Series India on PokerBaazi, and PokerStars India’s Winter Series running alongside Adda52’s Suit Up January tourneys, Thursday packed quite the punch!
The day’s biggest draw was the ₹1 Crore GTD IOPC#52 High Roller running on Spartan Poker. The flagship tourney pulled in 186 entries and played down to the six-max FT, and looking at the mix, it’s going to be an exciting run to the title! Watch the live stream of the FT starting at 6 PM on our Facebook page.
Two-time Millionaire champion Manish Lakhotia was without a doubt the star of the day. Lakhotia championed two tourneys, earning his second APT trophy in the ₹40 Lakhs GTD APT Championship Event for ₹12.15 Lakhs along with an IOPC title. The Thursday night run has propelled him to the top of the 2021 leaderboard!
It’s been a great month for PokerGuru Staking, with the team winning at least one marquee title every day this past week. Last night, it was PokerGuru Ambassadors Vivek Singh and Mithun Mahesh who added to the team`s tally with Clinton Fernandes and Deepak Singh taking down the other featured tourneys of the day.
That was a sneak peek. Now let’s do a full recap of the Thursday tourneys.
