Spartan Poker’s 13th edition of the IOPC kicks off tomorrow with PokerStars India’s Summer Series starting on June 3, setting the stage for non-stop action all around!
For the second day in a row, MPL Poker’s IPF flagship winner bagged the day`s single-biggest score! And the distinction went to Akhiesh Meena last night for taking down the IPF #7 for ₹4.20 Lakhs. Khirod Munda (2nd for ₹2.80 Lakhs) and MTT pro Rohit Mishra (3rd for ₹1.80 Lakhs) round the podium!
Mohit Mehta was the Tuesday chartbuster! The online reg won two marquee tournaments and cashed a third for ₹4.72 Lakhs overall! Mehta, one of the three winners bagging two titles yesterday, championed Spartan Poker’s Mega Stack for ₹3.49 Lakhs and PokerBaazi`s THC#4 KO, for ₹1.19 Lakhs!
The Adda52 reg ‘VishuChi’ came out on top in The Mint for ₹3.82 Lakhs, with the actor-DJ-poker player Siddhanth Kapoor placing runner-up for ₹2.26 Lakhs.
Yash Chitre was the other player scoring a double victory last night. He won PokerBaazi’s The Endeavour for ₹2.65 Lakhs and Adda52’s Voyager for ₹57,995, collectively banking over ₹3.23 Lakhs!
Himanshu Kataria championed the THC flagship on Day 1 of the series, THC#3 Megastack, for a site-best ₹2.65 Lakhs. He struck a heads-up deal with seasoned MTT pro Sahil Mahboobani (2nd for ₹2.42 Lakhs).

The undisputed #1 ranked player of the year, Young Gun Anuj Yadav, made the victory march in PokerStars India’s Bounty Builder HR (On-time Rake Refund), winning the Tuesday flagship for the second time in five weeks for ₹2.37 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Arjanveer Singh Chadha placed runner-up for ₹1.35 Lakhs.
