The final day of 2024 might have been low-key on the virtual poker scene—most players were busy ringing in the New Year with family and friends—but a few die-hard grinders gave it one last shot to score big.

Cut to PokerBaazi’s The Endeavour, where the ever-consistent ‘borntrouble’ made a headline-grabbing return to glory. They locked up a sweet ₹6.51 Lakhs after a savvy heads-up deal, notching their fifth-largest online payday and the second-biggest of 2024. Quite the stylish way to wrap up the year! Hot on their heels was none other than 2024 POY #4, Nishaanth Shanmughasundaram—who had already tasted some success in Natural8 India’s Saturday Santas Secret KO 150. This time around, Nishaanth settled for the runner-up seat but still bagged a hefty ₹5.99 Lakhs, putting a final stamp on a remarkable year.

Over at Natural8 India, the action was just as electric. Riding high on a recent career-best ₹7 Lakhs fifth-place finish in the Daily Deepstack 150, Thirupathi Reddy Palupunoori kept his hot streak alive. He outlasted a 63-strong field in the Daily Winter Freezeout 250, pocketing a solid ₹2.65 Lakhs and clinching his third title of 2024—a crowning achievement for his already impressive year.

PokerBaazi mainstay ‘Highonyellow,’ coming off a runner-up finish in the WPT#26 Bounty (KO), served up another electrifying show by conquering The Endeavour Lite for ₹2.35 Lakhs—clocking their second-largest career score. Hot on their heels was the on-form Puneeth B N, fresh from a podium finish in the WPT#6 Deepstack. Puneeth secured the runner-up spot with ₹1.55 Lakhs in The Endeavour Lite and added a sixth-place finish in The Endeavour, for a neat day’s total of ₹3.35 Lakhs.

On Adda52, the spotlight shone brightly on Debneil Mukherjee, who ended a 2.5-month title drought in style by bossing the Mechanical Bull for ₹2.35 Lakhs. Keeping the competition fierce was mid-stakes crusher Satya Pal Verma, who locked up the runner-up payout of ₹1.74 Lakhs to maintain his hot streak.

Back on Natural8 India, a brand-new ace emerged: ‘CzarOfCards’ staged an unforgettable debut, overpowering a massive field of 2,552 entries in the Mini Sevens Superstack Turbo 7.77 to bank a striking ₹2.16 Lakhs.

Adding to the night’s buzz, the mysterious ‘Wonderwoman6’ continued their meteoric run by seizing Natural8 India’s Daily Hyper 100 title for ₹1 Lakh and notching a podium finish in the Daily Hyper 50 for another ₹59,052. Rounding off the session with a princely ₹1.59 Lakhs overall, ‘Wonderwoman6’ soared to a remarkable ₹56.46 Lakhs in yearly winnings!

Back on PokerBaazi, former The MoneyMaker runner-up, Ashish Nailwal, continued to impress by bagging the Daily Last Chance title. A lucrative three-way deal netted him ₹1.19 Lakhs, and with two deep runs under his belt, he boosted his tally to ₹1.32 Lakhs for the day. Chasing him were Ayush Sharma, who pocketed ₹1.14 Lakhs for the runner-up finish, and Imran Anwar, who banked ₹1.13 Lakhs—both reaping the rewards from the deal.

Meanwhile, over on Junglee Poker, it was ‘hgwills’ taking center stage in the Tuesday Phoenix, walking away with an impressive ₹1.49 Lakhs for a red-hot top finish!

But that wasn’t all the Tuesday action—Shivam Shukla also made waves with a standout showing in the Nighttide DST Adda, capping off an eventful day across the virtual felts.
