Spartan Poker`s ongoing India Turbo Masters 3.0 broke the Monday dullness with seven ITM tournaments listed on the Day 2 schedule. Some regs took the day off, but most of them will return to the grind tomorrow as the biggest-ever National Poker Series India 2023 goes live on PokerBaazi.

Online crusher Pradip Ghosh brought the Monday action to the knees, topping the day’s scorecard with ₹3.66 Lakhs in total winnings from seven ITM finishes (and a bounty), including a title victory and a runner-up score. Ghosh wreaked havoc in PokerBaazi’s The Big Show, winning the marquee tournament for ₹2.35 Lakhs with Rahul Melwani (2nd for ₹1.56 Lakhs) finishing runner-up and chopped Spartan Poker’s ITM #13 #Hyper (2nd for ₹91,297).

Nitin Arora was another standout winner and made his title breakthrough in Spartan Poker’s ITM #11 Monday Supersonic, clinching his maiden title of the year and ₹3.14 Lakhs in first-place prize money. Young Gun Aayush Arya fell one spot behind Arora, pocketing ₹1.99 Lakhs in second place.

Thursday’s breakout scorer Hardik Nair kept his scorecard ticking, hauling in ₹2.17 Lakhs from four final table finishes, rounding up a lofty ₹2.17 Lakhs across six deep runs. Nair made his best run in Spartan Poker’s ITM #13 Hyper, taking it down for ₹92,377 following a heads-up deal with Pradip Ghosh.

The December 2022 Godfather champion Utkarsh Somaaieyaa broke a three-month title slump by taking down Adda52’s Iron Man for ₹2 Lakhs. Yudhishthir Singh Rathore lapped up ₹1.21 Lakhs in second place.

Deepak Singh bolstered his online bankroll by ₹1.44 Lakhs from six deep runs. He most prominently won PokerBaazi’s (7-Max) Daily SPRINT for ₹73,504, chopping the title heads-up with The MoneyMaker 30.0 champion Sanjay Mohan (2nd for ₹69,953).

Gopal Bajaj was among the three players who won two Monday tournaments. Bajaj made his big coup in Spartan Poker’s ITM #10 Turbo, winning the second ITM title for ₹70,371 after defeating Vikram Mishra (2nd for ₹47,496) heads-up. Later in the session, he nailed Spartan Poker’s Night Rider (₹38,325), locking in ₹1.25 Lakhs for the day`s work.

Sunday’s ITM #6 Meteor champion Mahima Walia Das impressed with her form, bagging her second ITM title in two days. She made away with ₹1.13 Lakhs across four ITM tournaments to storm into the lead on the ITM 3.0 leaderboard. Das took down Spartan Poker ITM #14 Turbo 6-Max for ₹81,400, following a heads-up deal with Sameer ‘chipsy’ Agarwal (2nd for ₹64,596).

‘Mortal99 (Won ITM #12 Turbo for ₹84,210), ‘Trashcan20’ (Won ITM #8 Turbo – 6 Max for ₹84,600), and Nakul Sharma (Won ITM #9 Hyper for ₹51,446) won the other India Turbo Masters tournaments on Monday.

PokerStars India loyalist Manish Jangid went on a title-winning spree on the site, starting with the Eliminator [8-Max] (1st for ₹81,418), where he defeated Anmolraj Singh Chawla (2nd for ₹47,385) heads-up. Jangid also won Ultrasonic (₹22,729), rounding up ₹1.06 Lakhs altogether.

Sunday’s (7-Max) Midnight SPRINT champion ‘Sihan’ (Won Daily Value Boost for ₹1.18 Lakhs), and ‘ten2offsuite’ (Won (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹60,495) won the other PokerBaazi marquees.
