It was a slow Monday, as usual; however, two low-stakes online poker series did get underway. Spartan Poker’s Ultimate Values Series (UVS) and Adda52’s Nano Poker Series are expected to pull in the crowds as we approach the weekend. But last night, overlays were the trend for a majority of the flagships.

Here is the complete recap of that happened yesterday.

Spartan Poker

Spartan Poker kicked off the working week with its staple Monday tourney, the ₹10 Lakhs GTD ReCharge. The event witnessed 562 contenders pony up the ₹2,200 entry buy-in, generating a guarantee-smashing ₹11.24 Lakhs prize pool. Site regular ‘waghoneblood$’ clinched the title, beating Priyank ‘Piko’ Kothari in the heads-up finale, to walk away with a hefty ₹2.19 Lakhs. The champion now has ₹41.98 Lakhs in recorded earnings on Spartan Poker with ₹2.84 Lakhs in profits.

Speaking of The Flash, this ₹5.50 Lakhs GTD tourney had a less than favorable run. After logging in 422 entries, the site still had to fill in an overlay of ₹1.28 Lakhs. MTT leaderboard crusher Neeraj ‘SelfClaimedPros’ Kumar shipped the event for ₹1.10 Lakhs, while ‘Gradatim Ferociter’ came in second for ₹73,315.
