It was an unusually busy Monday, thanks to PokerBaazi`s APT India Online Series and MPL Poker`s Steal Deal Series – both of which had five events runnings.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ratul Steves was the Monday chartbuster with 5.84 Lakhs in total winnings. He won the biggest guaranteed event of the day, PokerBaazi’s APT#20 Monday Major for 5 Lakhs and his first APT trophy, ending an over-month-long title drought. The former Value Bomb champion chopped the Monday flagship heads-up with Utkarsh Srivastava (2nd for 4.95 Lakhs).

The Kolkata-based reg Harsh Bubna raked in 2.98 Lakhs across his Monday run, including top finishes in Spartan Poker`s The Rainmaker (2nd for 1.83 Lakhs) and PokerStars India`s Battle Royale (1st for 78,605). The five-time IOPC title winner, Tanmay Benara, finished runner-up in Battle Royale for 66,496.

Karan Malhotra is now the first player to win two titles in the ongoing APT Online India series. The former The Endeavour champion did so on consecutive days (both in PKO events). Last night, he won APT#19 PKO for 2.43 Lakhs, with Rising Star Aman Parakh collecting 1.58 Lakhs in second place (and added 2.15 Lakhs across six ITM finishes).

Sunday’s Battlezone champion Utkarsh Vaish extended his winning run for he took down Spartan Poker’s all-new The Rainmaker for 2.36 Lakhs (his best finish this year). He chopped the Monday flagship three-way with last night`s Battle Royale champion Harsh Bubna (2nd for 1.83 Lakhs) & Murakonda Ratnakar (3rd for 1.70 Lakhs).

The former Blockbuster champion Priyanshu Garg came out on top in PokerBaazi’s APT#22 (6-Max) Turbo to win his second APT title (first of the series) and 2.26 Lakhs in prize money. Animesh Tripathi settled for a runner-up payday worth 1.95 Lakhs, courtesy of a heads-up deal.

Abhishek Gurung (Won APT#21 PLO-5 for 1.31 Lakhs) and Sunil Jha (Won APT#18 DST for 1.18 Lakhs) won the other APT Online titles on Monday.

Yash Chitre, Goonjan Mall, Akhilesh Gautam, Suraj Rathi, Sharad Haridasan, Balkrishna Keshav, Anjul Bajpai, Ritesh Agarwal, and Nikil Sah won the other Monday marquees.
