Mondays are typically the slowest day of the week for online poker players. And like all of last week, yesterday again, the vast majority of the marquees registered significant overlays.
Spartan Poker’s Monday night high roller, The Big Deal, with its ₹30 Lakhs prize pool guarantee, was the day`s featured event. The ₹22,000 entry buy-in saw the June Millionaire champion Rohan Bhasin walk away with the title and a ₹8.25 Lakhs cash prize, just as Ankit Khattar came second for ₹5.87 Lakhs. The former Millionaire Legends & IOPC Super High Roller champion Dhruvin Kothari placed third for ₹3.84 Lakhs.
Md. Zeeshan announced his return to the champion`s club and ended an almost two-month-long title drought by winning PokerBaazi’s The Big Show for ₹1.77 Lakhs. Ranjeet Negi finished runner-up for ₹1.24 Lakhs.
Sushil Kumar championed the other Spartan Poker Monday flagship, the ReCharge, for ₹1.74 Lakhs.
Yash Chitre came out on top in Adda52`s Iron Man to win ₹1.54 Lakhs following a three-way deal with Vidur Singhal (2nd for ₹1.46 Lakhs) and Vivek Karwa (3rd for ₹1.41 Lakhs).
The three-time Uppercut champion Tanmaya Sahoo shipped PokerStars India’s Battle Royale for ₹1.33 Lakhs. With four more ITM cashes on the site, Sahoo’s Monday earnings added up to ₹1.38 Lakhs.
Rising Star Aman Parakh, upcoming poker streamer Nitin Rawat, Chhajer, Anirban D. Das & Amit Kaushik were the other standout winners of the day.
Here are the Monday highlights!

Spartan Poker
Spartan Poker’s Monday MTT schedule had both The Big Deal and the ReCharge running together. Offering high-stakes action was the ₹22,000 entry buy-in The Big Deal, where the numbers plummeted from last week’s 140 entries to only 113 participants last night. The tourney experienced an overlay for the fourth consecutive week, but it was a glaring ₹7.40 Lakhs this time, translating into good value for the top 11 finishers who earned payouts!
The dust settled in a little over six hours, and it was one of the June’ Millionaire champions Rohan ‘The Sightseer’ Bhasin walking away with his second flagship title on the site in under 10 days and a ₹8.25 Lakhs payday. Ankit ‘Asymptote05’ Khattar placed runner-up for ₹5.87 Lakhs.
