The WPT Online India Series is on the final stretch and played host to 10 WPT branded tournaments on Adda52 on Tuesday. Young Gun Sahil Chutani shipped the trophy event of the day, the ₹22.50 Lakhs GTD WPT Tuesday for ₹5.40 Lakhs, bagging his second WPT trophy!

Last week`s WPT Online India Highroller champion, PokerGuru Ambassador Vishal Bajaj, picked up his second flagship title in under a week as he took down Spartan Poker’s ₹16.50 Lakhs GTD Mega Stack – Millionaire Bubble for ₹3.41 Lakhs.

The IOPC United champion Piyush Jain came out on top in PokerBaazi’s ₹12 Lakhs GTD The Endeavour, winning the title for the second time last night for ₹2.84 Lakhs.

Anmol Agarwal shipped the ₹8 Lakhs GTD WPT Mini 6-Max for ₹1.77 Lakhs and his second WPT Online title.

Pritam Amritkar, Bharat Vasan, Harshad Barve, the current WPT Online Mega Leaderboard topper Raghav Siddalinga, Rafiq Khan, Yash Chitre, Ashish Nailwal, Aditya Kesharwani, Yash Shrivastava, Bheem Singh Meena, Sankalp Marwah, Arun Thakur, Vaibhav Bhatia, Pranav Khandalkar & Sumit Gupta were the other players who dominated the Tuesday marquees.

Spartan Poker

Spartan Poker`s Tuesday headline, the ₹16.50 Lakhs GTD Mega Stack – Millionaire Bubble, made another successful run with an impressive 591 entries (28 entrants more than last week), generating a ₹17.73 Lakhs prize pool. Friday`s WPT Online India Highroller champion, PokerGuru Ambassador Vishal ‘CrownUpJr’ Bajaj, came out on top to win ₹3.41 Lakhs. The IOPC Blaze of Glory champion Harshad ‘omglukbox’ Barve came second for ₹2.18 Lakhs.

Last week, Vishal Bajaj was the #1 ranked player and currently ranks #3 in the August standings. Last week`s Highroller score had pushed him across the ₹4 Crore mark in lifetime earnings. He moved up one place to #13 in the annual standings after his Mega Stack victory. The ₹1,650 entry buy-in The Race registered 385 hopefuls to leave an overlay deficit of ₹97,500, and the top 31 places got paid.

‘Falconwagon’ (Won Night Rider – Deepstack Turbo ₹2.10 Lakhs GTD for ₹43,466), Sankalp ‘wobbegong’ Marwah (Won Ultimate PLO ₹1.25 Lakhs GTD for ₹42,500), ‘ANNAVRU1’ (Won The Centurion ₹80K GTD for ₹19,725), and ‘ameya7777’ (Won Epic ₹1 Lakh GTD for ₹19,026) shipped the other marquee titles on the site.

With less than a week left for the WPT Online India Series to wrap up, the series is heading towards a climactic finale. Tuesday marked Day 24 of the series, with Adda52 hosting 10 WPT branded events, of which eight crowned champions.

The day’s highlight tournament, the ₹22.50 Lakhs GTD WPT Tuesday, was taken down by Young Gun Sahil ‘bluffme19’ Chutani for ₹5.40 Lakhs and his second WPT trophy. The cash game reg had won his first WPT Online trophy in the WPT Diwali Special last November.

Sahil Chutani’s stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹2.90 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹1.33 Crores

Sahil Chutani bested Pritam ‘pritam1301’ Amritkar heads-up to claim the title, relegating the latter to a runner-up finish worth ₹3.15 Lakhs. This was Amritkar’s second-biggest recorded score on Adda52, pushing his overall site cashes to ₹31.21 Lakhs.

Like Chutani, NPS Gold Medalist Anmol ‘anmol39’ Agarwal also captured his career-second WPT Online title yesterday. The APT#50 Megastack champion raced past the 435 entry field of the ₹8 Lakhs GTD WPT Mini 6-Max and banked the lion’s share of the ₹8.70 Lakhs prize pool worth ₹1.77 Lakhs.

Anmol Agarwal’s stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹90.08 Lakhs | Annual Winnings: ₹55.64 Lakhs

The current WPT Online Mega Leaderboard topper, Raghav ‘FuckedUpLife’ Siddalinga, finished runner-up to Anmol Agarwal for ₹1.62 Lakhs, courtesy of a heads-up deal. He has scored in 42 events at the ongoing WPTOI, including shipping the WPT Daily Warmup on August 19, WPT Late Night PKO on August 10, and WPT Moonlight on August 4. Siddalinga now has ₹73.31 Lakhs in online winnings on Adda52, with ₹24.35 Lakhs in site profits.

Day 1C of the ₹3 Crores GTD WPT Main Event took four hours and 10 minutes to play out its stipulated 29 levels. Only 15 runners made it through to Day 2 from a starting field of 135 entries. Gouranga ‘Gouranga87’ Das (287,498), PokerGuru Ambassador Ashutosh ‘senojwod’ Balodhi (286,426), and ‘Carrick16’ (273,112) bagged the top three stacks of the day.

Running alongside Day 1C of the WPT Main Event was the 25th Flight of the ₹1 Crore GTD WPT Unreal. A total of 1,289 entries joined the action, and only 207 survived the almost three-hour-long onslaught. ‘Nimappa93’ (692,649), Bhola ‘bhola’ Sharma (636,932) and ‘Rowdypoker’ (551,510) topped the survivors.

The IOPC United champion Piyush ‘aero’ Jain decimated a guarantee-crushing 387-entry field in PokerBaazi’s ₹12 Lakhs GTD The Endeavour to win ₹2.84 Lakhs.

Piyush Jain had won The Endeavour for the first time in April 2018 for ₹3.09 Lakhs making this his second time taking down the Tuesday flagship. Jain’s fifth title win for the year boosted his lifetime online tally to ₹65.93 Lakhs (₹17.93 Lakhs in net profits).

The two-time Sunday Superstack champion Bharat ‘Thinkfloyd’ Vasan posted an impressive three final table scores yesterday, netting ₹3.10 Lakhs (cumulatively).

Rafiq Khan also FT-ed Adda52’s WPT Hustle, placing 7th for ₹12,430. These scores helped Khan improve his online tally to ₹52.73 Lakhs.

Day 2 of the Baazi Grinder Series found another six winners. The most prominent of them was PokerBaazi user ‘Bossbaby97’, who took down the ₹2 Lakhs GTD Grinders#10 6-Max Holdem Boost for ₹54,590.

An unexpected technical glitch at PokerStars India affected the site`s primetime events like the brand-new ₹10 Lakhs GTD Bounty Builder HR, the ₹5 Lakhs GTD Sixth Sense and the ₹50K GTD Primetime Grind. As per the PokerStars cancellation policy, the buy-ins were returned to the players in the Bounty Builder and Primetime Grind, while the collected prize pool in the Sixth Sense was distributed to the player’s basis their chip counts at the time of the disruption.

However, some of the late-night and afternoon events did play down to a champion.
