After a blockbuster week that had the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC), the PokerBaazi Monthly Value Series (PMVS), and the Adda52 Online Poker Series (AOPS) running simultaneously, exhaustion has finally crept in, paving the way for a rather slow Tuesday on the virtual felts.

Despite an action-packed Monday, the Tuesday bonanza on Spartan Poker, Mega Stack ₹20 Lakhs GTD, struggled to meet its advertised guarantee. The tournament suffered a shortfall of ₹62,000 on the back of 646 entries (311 unique, 130 re-entries and 205 re-buys). ‘piscean’ took down the event for ₹3.05 Lakhs, after locking in a heads-up deal with Arjunn ‘SirMucksAlot’ Agarwal who pocketed ₹2.78 Lakhs for his runner-up finish.

Heading over to PokerBaazi, The Endeavour ₹15 Lakhs GTD also had a hard time bringing in the crowds. Ultimately, 398 entries (212 unique and 186 re-entries) were logged in, and the event suffered a ₹1.07 Lakhs overlay. ‘sanchit1990’ (anonymity requested) bested Chirag ‘miyagi’ Sodha (runner-up for ₹2.20 Lakhs) heads-up and took home ₹3.15 Lakhs for his win.

The AOPS series on Adda52 is in its final week, and the signature event on offer last night was the AOPS Hitman ₹10 Lakhs GTD. The Hitman pulled in 392 hopefuls (205 unique and 187 re-entries), making it one of the few marquee events on Tuesday to surpass its advertised guarantee. The tournament collected a prize pool worth ₹12.54 Lakhs and taking home the lion`s share was Anmol ‘anzzzzz’ Mehta, who came out on top to win ₹3.11 Lakhs.

The Sixth Sense ₹7 Lakhs GTD on PokerStars India also failed to avoid the overlay avalanche and had to fill in a ₹48,250 shortfall after clocking in 237 entries (130 unique and 107 re-entries). In the end, veteran pro Raman ‘zazen0’ Gujral defeated tournament regular ‘Vishalb22’ heads-up, adding ₹1.29 Lakhs to his bankroll. The runner-up received ₹93,560 for his efforts. In fact, Gujral also final tabled PokerBaazi’s The Endeavour ₹15 Lakhs GTD, finishing fifth for ₹78,750.
