All signs point towards an eventful weekend ahead, with PokerStars India’s INCOOP, PokerBaazi’s IMPS Gold Edition, and Spartan Poker’s UVS running in tandem.

Sanjay Taneja was Friday`s top scorer and capped off a fantastic week by taking down Spartan Poker’s The Elite for ₹6.37 Lakhs. Dhinesh Kumar finished runner-up for ₹4.30 Lakhs.

The two-time Millionaire champion Rajat Sharma came out on top in PokerStars India’s INCOOP – 106 Uppercut to collect ₹2.43 Lakhs. Another former Millionaire winner Rishab Malik took down Adda52’s Running Hot for ₹1.36 Lakhs, one of his five ITM finishes, collectively worth ₹3.47 Lakhs.

Prabhat Kumar was the last player standing in PokerBaazi’s IMPS#96 HIGHROLLER and won ₹2.12 Lakhs, following a three-way deal with Shubham Agarwal (2nd for ₹2.27 Lakhs) and Anmolraj Singh Chawla (3rd for ₹1.95 Lakhs).

Shashank Shekhar has been in indomitable form this week. After shipping the Maverick and the Monster Turbo on consecutive days, he picked up his third title in a row, winning PokerStars India’s INCOOP – 108 Battle Royale for ₹1.31 Lakhs.

Lavesh Meena, Suresh Kolli, Vineeth Bolar, Kamal Punjabi, Prabhat Kumar, Amit Kumar Singh, Karan Malhotra, Piyush Nanda, Amar Iyer, Kunal Yadav, Ashish Kumar Yadav, Sumit Gupta, and Chirag Raju shipped the other marquees.

Spartan Poker

Spartan Poker’s The Elite, with its ₹27 Lakhs prize pool guarantee, was the biggest draw of the day. The ₹11,000 entry buy-in event registered a guarantee-crushing 288-entry field, and the FTS 3.0 Main Event third-place finisher Sanjay ‘Apollo1’ Taneja outlasted them all to collect ₹6.37 Lakhs. Dhinesh ‘kendralust’ Kumar came second for ₹4.30 Lakhs.

The ₹12 Lakhs GTD UVS#29 Futuristic logged in 1,014 entries, overlaying ₹3.89 Lakhs. After over nine hours of gameplay, Vineeth ‘Luckywinner’ Bolar came out on top to win ₹1.96 Lakhs. He chopped the title heads-up with ‘mukuw’ (2nd for ₹1.73 Lakhs). Bolar now has ₹13.53 Lakhs in recorded winnings on Spartan Poker.

Spartan Poker`s UVS is entering the home stretch, and both the Everest and Bluff Master ran starting flights yesterday. Day 1E of the ₹25 Lakhs GTD UVS – Everest registered 315 hopefuls, and 34 made it to Day 2. ‘Super Saiyan’ (248,354), Tanmay ‘PlusEv’ Benara (202,037), and Naresh ‘NareshNow’ Kumar (147,981) topped the survivors.
