With no mega MTT series underway, it seems like we are headed for a relatively slow weekend.

The day’s single biggest score belonged to Young Gun Siddhanth Kripalani, who won Spartan Poker’s The Elite for ₹6.64 Lakhs. Avinash Koneru finished runner-up for ₹4.47 Lakhs.

Vaibhav Sharma was the other big winner banking over ₹6 Lakhs yesterday. He took down PokerBaazi’s The Weekly Highroller (₹3.65 Lakhs) and finished third in Adda52’s The Ballers (₹2.38 Lakhs).

Running alongside a busy Nano Poker Series schedule on Adda52 was The Ballers. Siddharth Pandey won the event for ₹5.30 Lakhs and lapped up a career-best ₹5.85 Lakhs in Friday winnings.

Harsh Dembla came out on top in PokerStars India’s Super Highroller for ₹2.43 Lakhs and final-tabled Spartan Poker’s The Elite (3rd for ₹3.15 Lakhs), pocketing ₹5.58 Lakhs overall.

Mayur Telangi, Vinay B, Sabyasachi Chakraborty, Ram Kakkar, Sahil Babbar, Peush Singhvi, Kuldeep Jorwal, Pranay Thawait, and Ajit Kumar Mandal won the other prominent winners.

Spartan Poker

The former IOPC Millionaire United champion Siddhanth ‘PluRibu$’ Kripalani trounced a field of 314 entrants in Spartan Poker’s ₹27 Lakhs GTD The Elite (6-Max), locking in the lion’s share of the ₹31.40 Lakhs prize pool worth ₹6.64 Lakhs. Avinash ‘avinkon’ Koneru finished runner-up for ₹4.47 Lakhs.

Harsh ‘aaja maal phuka’ Dembla (3rd for ₹3.15 Lakhs), PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek ‘KasolHieghts’ Singh (4th for ₹2.55 Lakhs), and Pawan ‘_luffy_1x1’ Tez (5th for ₹2.02 Lakhs) were the other known names on The Elite final table.

One of the February chartbusters, Vaibhav ‘WakhraSwagNi’ Sharma walked away with the title and a ₹3.65 Lakhs cash prize following a heads-up deal with ‘lakshay2401’ (2nd for ₹3.37 Lakhs).

The ₹7 Lakhs GTD Daily Boost had to fill in ₹84,000 in overlays after 308 participants signed up for the ₹2,200 buy-in event, and 36 places got paid. The mystery reg ‘laaalaa’ walked away with the title and the ₹1.55 Lakhs up-top after beating ‘KingK123’ (2nd for ₹1.08 Lakhs) in heads-up play.

The ₹5 Lakhs GTD (7-Max) SPRINT brought in 362 entrants – each of them coughing up ₹1,650 – and the top 45 places walked past the money line. Online reg ‘borntrouble’ (anonymity requested) came out on top to win ₹1.14 Lakhs, with ‘imac2000’ placing runner-up for ₹79,820.

PokerStars India’s Friday headliner, ₹10 Lakhs GTD Super Highroller, attracted a star-studded field of 77 contenders, filling in ₹1.25 Lakhs in overlays. After over six hours of gameplay, the IOPC #92 – Thursday Prime winner Harsh ‘kakori kabab’ Dembla (opted out of our tracking) came out on top to win ₹2.43 Lakhs, bagging his third flagship title this month. Thursday’s Highroller winner, Young Gun Sanat ‘durrsanta’ Mehrotra, almost went back-to-back, netting ₹1.91 Lakhs in second place.

Harsh Dembla made quite some noise last night as he also FT-ed Spartan Poker’s The Elite (3rd for ₹3.15 Lakhs), cumulatively adding ₹5.58 Lakhs.

Sanat Mehrotra also ITM-ed Adda52’s The Ballers for ₹31,031, raking in ₹2.22 Lakhs in Friday earnings. His online stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹7.62 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹2.70 Crores

The second Friday marquee, ₹2 Lakhs GTD Uppercut Mini, logged in a 137-player field, overlaying ₹28,750. Ram ‘TheLagLawyer’ Kakkar (opted out of our tracking) came out on top to win ₹43,918 (includes ₹22,046 in bounties) and eliminated ‘raghav1990’ (2nd for ₹36,941) (includes ₹8,564 in bounties) heads-up.

Ram Kakkar cashed another ₹28,508 from his fifth-place finish in PokerBaazi’s Sprint 7-Max.

Adda52’s Friday primetime attraction, The Ballers, took off right on time at 8 PM and registered a turnout of 302 entrants. The ₹22.50 Lakhs GTD event ended up filling in a significant ₹1.81 Lakhs in overlays, and the top 30 players benefitted from the added value. It was nearly 5 AM today when the dust settled, with 40-year-old Mumbai-based sports entrepreneur Siddharth ‘gabandheer’ Pandey clinching the title for a career-best ₹5.30 Lakhs. The two-time The Millionaire champion Aniket ‘anteman’ Waghmare (2nd for ₹3.15 Lakhs) and last night`s The Weekly Highroller winner Vaibhav ‘alienrobot’ Sharma (3rd for ₹2.38 Lakhs) secured podium finishes.

Siddharth Pandey finished fourth in PokerBaazi’s Daily Boost and made another ITM finish in Spartan Poker’s Futuristic, altogether adding ₹5.85 Lakhs.

The former IOPC – Legends third-place finisher Vinay ‘ContemporisT’ B overcame the 165-entry field in the ₹4 Lakhs GTD Friday Bounty to collect ₹70,856 (includes ₹20,168 in bounties). ‘siddharthrajan’ came second for ₹52,851 (includes ₹17,788 in bounties).

The Friday Bounty features an 8-max PKO format and collected a ₹4.04 Lakhs prize pool that was distributed among the top 17 finishers.

The ₹1 Crore GTD Nano Poker Series (NPS) is fast heading towards the finish line. The series’ showstopper, ₹25 Lakhs GTD Nano Main Event, ran its third starting flight yesterday. Day 1C logged in 169 entries and only 25 of them bagged up for Day 2. Last night’s Super Highroller champion Harsh ‘BuddhaBhikari’ Dembla (241,500) topped the day-end chip counts, with Ashit ‘nexus010’ Sharma (214,575) and Kunal FloatToMyBoat’ Patni (175,573) rounding out the top three names on the survivor’s list.

The Nano Poker Series has already filled in a 543-entry field with four starting flights left to run. All qualifying stacks converge for the Main Event Finale on Sunday, February 13, at 10 PM.
