It was an eventful Wednesday for online poker players, and for the third consecutive day, almost all the flagship tourneys crushed their listed guarantees.

PokerStars India`s “Star of the Month“ – December Siddharth Gangwar bagged the single-biggest payday last night for winning Spartan Poker’s ₹29 Lakhs GTD Destiny for ₹6.83 Lakhs and a seat in the Destiny 19.0 SnG Finale. The well-known TLB crusher Bhanu Prakash KC finished runner-up in Destiny while also placing sixth in The Pride.

Two-time Millionaire champion Manish Lakhotia took down Adda52’s Maverick – his third time winning the event – regaining the #1 spot in the annual leaderboard standings.

Aditya Kulkarni championed PokerBaazi’s The Pride for the second-time besting PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek Singh heads-up.

Akshay Gupta, Deepesh Raka, Kunal Yadav, Induprakash Mishra, and Amarjeet Singh took down the other marquee titles.

Spartan Poker`s Destiny 19.0 series crowned its eighth champion last night. The ₹29 Lakhs GTD tourney fell eight entries, or ₹40,000 short on its listed guarantee after 572 entrants signed up to play. Starting at 8 PM, the event ended at 4:04 AM with PokerStars India’s “Star of the Month“ – December Siddharth ‘cooking_nuts’ Gangwar coming out on top to win a career-best ₹6.83 Lakhs, making him the day`s biggest winner. He also booked a seat in the ₹10 Lakhs added Destiny 19.0 SnG Finale set for June 13 (9 PM).

Before taking down the title, Gangwar struck a heads-up deal with TLB crusher Bhanu ‘spectre’ Prakash KC, who banked an equally impressive ₹5.35 Lakhs. Bhanu Prakash posted a second FT score yesterday, placing sixth in PokerBaazi’s The Pride for ₹49,686. Deepak ‘chimpoo’ Bothra rounded out the podium, placing third in Destiny for ₹2.68 Lakhs.

The second Wednesday marquee running as part of Spartan Poker’s Daily Poker Marathon, the ₹9 Lakhs GTD Wednesday Vibes, accumulated a whopping ₹9.30 Lakhs prize pool on the back of 620 entrants. After a heads-up deal, ‘OfcourseOfcourse’ captured the title for a personal-best (on this screenname) ₹1.57 Lakhs. ‘itsmeace’ (runner-up for 1.37 Lakhs) was the other beneficiary of the deal.

PokerStars India`s ₹5 Lakhs GTD Night on Stars generated a prize pool worth ₹5.84 Lakhs on the back of 329 registrations. It took seven hours and thirty minutes of play for this week`s Sunday Highroller third-place finisher Deepesh ‘deep12322’ Raka to ship the tourney for ₹1.01 Lakhs (includes ₹52,666 in bounties). The user ‘Bashir@321’ finished runner-up for ₹82,330 (includes ₹34,260 in bounties).

The former APT Online India Super Highroller runner-up finisher Aditya ‘adit11’ Kulkarni championed The Pride for the second time last night for ₹2.48 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek ‘Nutpeddling729’ Singh stood second for ₹1.74 Lakhs.
