It was a dull Wednesday marred with technical disruptions on Adda52. The overall domestic action was slow-paced for a third consecutive day. Here’s a quick recap of all the action.

Spartan Poker

Lighting up the virtual felts was Spartan Poker’s ₹30 Lakhs GTD Destiny. The ₹5,500 buy-in event logged in 754 entries, collecting a guarantee-busting ₹37.70 Lakhs prize pool, almost 25% more than its listed guarantee. Racing past the reg-infested field was Manoj ‘h4r5hv33r’ Singh, who walked away with the title and his best score on the site worth ₹9.80 Lakhs. With this win, Singh has become the first one to book a seat in the Destiny 15.0 SnG Finale. His previous best score on the site dates back to October 2018, where he had placed third in the Millionaire for ₹8.22 Lakhs. Singh has more than ₹22 Lakhs in winnings on the site with ₹12.65 Lakhs in profit.

Singh defeated a former Millionaire winner Saurabh ’darksider’ Rohila in the heads-up, and the latter took home ₹6.03 Lakhs. Rohila also placed third in PokerBaazi’s ₹1.5 Lakhs GTD Turbo for ₹21,827. His online record shows ₹72.26 Lakhs in winnings of which ₹65 Lakhs he has won this year alone.

The ₹4 Lakhs GTD Mega Freeze registered 153 entries to collect ₹4.59 Lakhs in the prize pool. ‘shar88’ topped the field to win ₹1.10 Lakhs denying Vishal ‘Darky012’ Ojha (runner-up for ₹74,817) the title. This was the winner’s second six-figure score on the site. The player has about ₹4.17 Lakhs in winnings on Spartan Poker.

PokerBaazi

PokerBaazi’s Wednesday flagship, the ₹10 Lakhs GTD The Pride, clocked in 328 entries for a nominal overlay of ₹16,000. Himanshu ’ISquirtBullets’ Dewan took down the title for ₹2.21 Lakhs after defeating Sanchit ‘Czar’ Pande (runner-up for ₹1.55 Lakhs) heads-up. This happens to be Dewan’s best-recorded score to date.

PokerStars India

PokerStars India’s ₹8 Lakhs GTD Night on Stars had to fill in a ₹75,000 shortfall on the back of a below-par turnout of 290 entries. Nishant ’Balaark’ Pandey was the last player standing and won ₹1.22 Lakhs after a three-way deal with ‘Prison M!ke’ (runner-up for 1.33 Lakhs), and ‘Bluff0388’ (3rd for ₹89,516). Pandey presently has ₹29.09 Lakhs in recorded online winnings.

The ₹5 Lakhs GTD Big Bubble Rush played out amid 225 runners, to collect ₹5.63 Lakhs in the prize pool. ‘cardshark6191’ championed the event for ₹1.36 Lakhs (₹44,916 in prize money and ₹90,977 in bounties), following a heads-up deal with Abhishek ’abhiaum’ Chhajer. The latter won ₹49,998 (₹44,530 in prize money and ₹5,468 in bounties).
