Monday`s are typically the slowest day of the week for MTT players, and yesterday was no different.

Spartan Poker rolled out the Daily Poker Marathon – Champions Week last night. The site will have two marquee tournaments running daily at 8 PM and 9:30 PM from October 4 to 10, with the featured tournament guaranteeing ₹5 Lakhs or ₹10 Lakhs to the winner. Sushil Kumar emerged as the first champion of the week as he took down the Deepstack (₹5 Lakhs GTD to 1st) for a career-best ₹4.48 Lakhs after striking a heads-up deal with Mohit Mehta (2nd for ₹2.90 Lakhs).

Mystery player ‘MallaNi’ took down Adda52’s Iron Man for ₹2 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh Pal Singh came second for ₹1.21 Lakhs.

The former Full House Finale champion Md Zeeshan was the last player standing in PokerBaazi’s The Big Show and won the title for the second time this year for ₹1.50 Lakhs.

Miteshkumar Gupta came up trumps in Spartan Poker`s ReCharge to win ₹1.39 Lakhs, beating last month`s The Millionaire runners-up finisher Pravin Garle (2nd for ₹88,022) heads-up.

Anmol Agarwal was the biggest winner on PokerStars India and toppled a 203-player field in Battle Royale to win ₹1.01 Lakhs. Deepesh Raka placed second for ₹56,482.

Aayush Arya won PokerBaazi `s Daily SPRINT for ₹99,480. Sabur Ali came second for ₹69,720.

Shubham Agarwal, Sreeharsha Boneni, and Yuvraj J Lohakpure won the other marquee titles.

Spartan Poker`s Daily Poker Marathon – Champions Week has the site running two marquee tournaments daily between October 4 to 10, guaranteeing ₹5 Lakhs or ₹10 Lakhs to the winner in the day`s flagship tournament.

The Champions Week named its first champion in Sushil ‘lex_veldi82’ Kumar, who took down the Deepstack (₹5 Lakh GTD to 1st) title for a career-best ₹4.48 Lakhs.

The user ‘The Flying Dutchman’ was soaring high on Monday with two titles to his name. They won the ₹2.50 Lakhs GTD Monster Stack for ₹40,540 and the ₹2 Lakhs GTD Night Rider Monster Stack for ₹47,647, touching ₹4.68 Lakhs in recorded winnings on Spartan Poker (includes ₹29,779 in corresponding profits).

PokerBaazi`s ₹7.50 Lakhs GTD The Big Show clocked in 312 challengers, collecting ₹7.80 Lakhs in the prize pool. The former Full House Finale champion Md ‘007Bahubali’ Zeeshan was the last player standing and won the Monday flagship for the second time this year for ₹1.50 Lakhs. He struck a heads-up deal with ‘rohin01’ (2nd for ₹1.42 Lakhs).
