Another slow-paced Monday witnessed the majority of the marquee tourneys registering overlays. The star attraction at Adda52’s WPT Online India (WPTOI) series, the ₹2.5 Crores GTD WPT India Main Event, flagged off yesterday. More action is coming up ahead with Event #1 of IPC’s Final Table Series (FTS) set to start at 6 PM today. There are three FTS events on the tap today.

Here are the highlights of yesterday’s events!

Spartan Poker

India Poker Championship’s inaugural Final Table Series (FTS) kicked off yesterday by hosting three Mega Satellites. The series-opener ₹4 Lakhs GTD FTS#1 commences at 6 PM today.

The only marquee tourney to play out on Monday was the ₹2.25 Lakhs GTD Monster Stack. It ran from 3 PM to 8:30 PM and collected 340 entries, resulting in a prize pool collection of ₹2.27 Lakhs. The first Millionaire United champion Mahima ‘mambojojo’ Walia Das, shipped the event for ₹57,528 after besting the mystery user ‘FunkeyFox’ (runner-up for ₹38,732) heads-up.
