The Thursday turnouts showed a significant uptick over the subdued Wednesday attendance as the lure of bigger guarantees brought many regs otherwise busy at the DPT to the virtual felts. And just as the live tournament action in Goa will be winding up over the weekend, the online MTTs will hit top gear as two blockbuster stops, Spartan Poker’s XXX Poker Series and PokerBaazi’s Baazi Turbo Series, get underway on Sunday.

Speaking of the Thursday winners, the top regs swept away most of the flagship titles. Headlining them all was the Millionaire Series 5.0 – Main Event champion Vinayak Bajaj, who set the virtual felts ablaze last night, rounding up over 6.64 Lakhs from three deep runs. He notably took down Spartan Poker`s Ultron (4.10 Lakhs) and finished fourth in the Thursday High Roller (2.37 Lakhs), crossing 3 Crores in online profits. Returning stronger after winning the Wednesday High Roller the day before, the Siliguri-based MTT pro Manish Lakhotia shipped PokerBaazi`s The Summit for the third time for 4.75 Lakhs (won 5.58 Lakhs overall). He chopped The Summit title with the live MTT reg Ankit Jajodia (2nd for 4.38 Lakhs).

After a dozen FT scores in the last two months, WSOP bracelet winner Kartik Ved finally broke the title jinx by taking down Adda52`s Godfather DPT Edition. He won the Thursday headliner for the third time for 4.88 Lakhs (won 5.09 Lakhs overall). Ashutosh Balodhi collected 3.38 Lakhs in second place.

After an impressive Tuesday double whammy, Young Gun Karan Radia made another top finish, nailing PokerBaazi’s Daily Value Boost for 1.93 Lakhs, bagging his fourth flagship title this month. The London-based MTT pro chopped the 7:30 PM flagship title heads-up with Uttam Gope (2nd for 1.65 Lakhs).
