Starting at 6 PM on Wednesday, Day 1C of the ₹3.5 Crores GTD IOPC – The Crown collected 380 entries, and 73 runners made it through to Day 2. For a second consecutive day, a PokerGuru Ambassador bagged the end-of-day chip lead as Chandigarh-based Arjanveer ‘bazzingaa’ Singh Chadha topped the charts with a stack of 299,508. Shravan ‘D.Trump04’ Chhabria (257,749) and PokerGuru Ambassador Gokul ‘Super Kings’ Raj (214,691) carried forward the next top stacks.
The featured tourney of the day, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD IOPC#90 Destiny, wrangled in 982 entries, falling ₹90,000 short of breaking even. Vishnu ‘violator’ Khandelwal championed the tourney to collect a hefty ₹9.69 Lakhs first-place cash prize after striking a three-way deal with ‘borntrouble’ (anonymity requested) (runner-up for ₹7.47 Lakhs) and Young Gun Anujkumar ‘aatmaan108’ Kodam (3rd for ₹7.33 Lakhs).
The Destiny title is just another feather in Khandelwal’s cap, who is coming off a fantastic Sunday grind. He finished runner-up in PokerStars India’s ₹17 GTD Winter Series-51 Sunday Highroller SE for ₹2.66 Lakhs. The same day, he also finished sixth in the ₹40 Lakhs GTD Winter Series – 50 Main Event for ₹1.42 Lakhs – enough to make the top five list among the 25 Week #4 qualifiers heading into the “Star of the Month” – January Finale.
In the ₹11 Lakhs GTD IOPC #91, an entry-field of 743 entries collected a guarantee-smashing ₹11.15 Lakhs prize pool. Ashish ‘intrcptr101’ Kaushik proved the last player standing and won ₹2.16 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Naresh ‘FreeFlow’ Veeravalli placed runner-up for ₹1.36 Lakhs.
The daily running Destiny tourney at the IOPC, the ₹10 Lakhs GTD IOPC#90 Destiny – IOPC Edition, dragged in 422 entries on Wednesday, overlaying ₹1.56 Lakhs. Sahil ‘ImHighIshove’ Mahboobani came up against BLITZPOKER user Aayush ‘thegoldenbullet’ Aggarwal in the heads-up play. It was the latter who prevailed to collect the ₹1.99 Lakhs winner’s payday. Mahboobani settled for a runner-up finish worth ₹1.33 Lakhs.
Siddharth ‘SidSparta21’ Ojha got his hands on his fourth IOPC title of the series after taking down the ₹6 Lakhs GTD IOPC#88 for ₹1.03 Lakhs. He ran over a 678 strong entry field and struck a three-way deal with BLITZPOKER player Charu ‘poker_samrat’ Malhotra (runner-up for ₹85,306) and ‘INTRUDER1800’ (3rd for ₹83,825).
A starting field of 478 entries in the ₹6 Lakhs GTD IOPC#89 Monster Stack generated a prize pool worth ₹6.10 Lakhs. Vignesh ‘LORDE’ Kumar was the last player standing and won ₹1.02 Lakhs. Ishan ‘neatvat’ Upendra Tipre secured the second-place payout of ₹89,738, courtesy of a heads-up deal.
Nilesh ‘TheRattleSnake’ Sanjay Mundada shipped the ₹5.25 Lakhs GTD IOPC#87 for ₹1.02 Lakhs, just as Prakash ‘Robin Van Charsi’ Gupta came in second for ₹64,363.
Like Tuesday, Kunal ‘NutsTodayBluffTomo’ Patni continues to hold on to the #1 position in the ₹1 Crore GTD IOPC leaderboard with 10,293 points. Bhanu ‘spectre’ Prakash KC (9,987 points) and Prakash ‘Robin Van Charsi’ Gupta (9,642 points) occupy the #2 and #3 position in the standings, respectively.

PokerStars India`s Wednesday marquee, the Night on Stars, returned with a reduced ₹3 Lakhs prize pool guarantee last night. An overlay of ₹40,000 still hit the tourney that registered 208 entrants. ‘Advait33’ championed the event to collect ₹56,576, with ‘liki939’ placing runner-up for ₹41,701.
The 10:30 PM ₹75K GTD Bigstack Turbo clocked in 84 participants to leave an overlay of ₹16,200, and the top 15 places finished ITM. Racing past the competition was the “Star of the Month” – December Siddharth ‘gangnam gangi’ Gangwar, who cashed for ₹17,167. Akshay ‘VaahBhaiVaah’ Gupta raked in ₹12,960 from his runner-up finish. Gangwar also finished third in the Night on Stars for ₹30,737.

Adda52’s Wednesday headliner, the ₹15 Lakhs GTD Maverick, logged in 570 entries, overlaying ₹2.03 Lakhs. The mystery user ‘malindcorp’ came out on top to win a personal-best ₹3 Lakhs after striking a heads-up deal with Sanjeeta ‘realkidsanju’ Kumari (runner-up for ₹3 Lakhs).
The ₹4 Lakhs GTD La Luna pulled in 245 entries, collecting ₹4.02 Lakhs in the prize pool. Attman Pradipbhai ‘att1992’ Velani was the last player standing in the 9:30 PM tourney and won ₹88,551, after a heads-up chop with ‘supernuts13’ (runner-up for ₹78,196).
