Delta Corp in Advanced Talks to Acquire Online Rummy Operator Ace2Three For Approx $100 Million

In a latest update it has been reported that Delta Corp is in advanced stage talks to acquire online rummy site Ace2three.com in a deal estimated around $100 million. The news was reported by ET Now and comes barely weeks after the company announced its plans to acquire Adda52, India’s leading online poker site.

Delta Corp is India’s largest and the only BSE-listed gaming company and once this deal is finalized, it will become the online market leader in both, rummy and poker offering operators. The company already owns several offshore and onshore casinos in Goa and Sikkim, besides awaiting a license for its huge star-casino resort in Daman.

The past few months have seen Delta aggressively pursue the online market to capture the advantage in the fast growing online gaming space.

According to a twitter feed by ET Now, Delta is in advanced stage of negotiations with Head Infotech Pvt. Ltd, who operate the Ace2Three site for a lock and stock deal that would cost it $80 to $100 million. The final deal is expected to be announced by October this year.

The premier rummy site has almost seven million users and the EBIDTA for its parent company, Head Infotech the last year was reported at about ₹100 crores, with a turnover of ₹200 crores.
